Export of Plastic Parts for Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 11 tháng 10, 2026

The export of plastic parts for mobile toilets involves several key aspects, including manufacturers, production processes, quality control, and market conditions.

In terms of manufacturers, those producing mobile toilets for export focus on optimizing modular production, material weather resistance, and transportation convenience to meet the usage standards of different countries and regions. The products are mainly divided into single-unit, towable, and container-type models, with the core difference lying in material selection. Polyethylene (PE) has become the mainstream material due to its corrosion resistance, ease of processing, and low cost. Some high-end models use fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), which offers high strength, light weight, and aging resistance, but at a higher cost.

Regarding the production process, shell manufacturing typically employs rotational molding or blow molding techniques. Rotational molding can produce seamless, integrated components suitable for complex-shaped products, but with a longer production cycle. Blow molding offers higher efficiency and is suitable for mass production of standard parts. After shell formation, internal components such as flushing systems, water storage tanks, ventilation devices, and door lock hardware are installed to ensure complete functionality.

In terms of quality control, exported products must comply with the health and safety regulations of the target markets, such as the CE mark in the EU, ANSI standards in the US, or environmental requirements in the Middle East. Manufacturers conduct multiple tests before shipment, including leak-proof testing (to ensure no leakage), load-bearing testing (to verify structural strength), wind resistance testing (to adapt to harsh weather conditions), and pipeline sealing testing (to prevent sewage overflow). For packaging, a combination of stretch wrap, wooden frame fixation, and moisture-proof agents is used to ensure the products remain intact after long-distance sea transportation.

In the market, there are numerous companies producing plastic mobile toilet-related products. For example, Guangzhou Kening Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. exports its products worldwide, covering both export-to-domestic-market plastic mobile toilets and fully-equipped luxury mobile toilets for export. Other companies such as Foshan Jiumazhonghui Integrated Housing Technology Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Topra Material Technology Co., Ltd. also export related products. The market is highly competitive, but demand continues to grow, especially in developing countries and tourist attractions.
