Mobile Toilet Placement
Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026
The placement of mobile toilets should be carried out according to their specific types and structures, with core steps including foundation preparation, component installation, connection and debugging, and fixation and sealing. The specific process is as follows:

Foundation Preparation and Site Selection
- Site Selection: Prioritize flat, dry, and well-ventilated areas, avoiding low-lying waterlogged spots or soft ground to ensure the stability of the mobile toilet after placement. For temporary use, clear ground debris in advance; for long-term use, pour a concrete foundation to enhance load-bearing capacity.
- Space Planning: Reserve sufficient space according to the size of the mobile toilet to ensure the door can open fully and there is a 0.5-1 meter activity area around it, while also considering the cleaning access for sewage pipes or fecal storage tanks.
Component Installation and Alignment
- Main Body Fixation: For detachable mobile toilets, assemble the main frame first, ensuring that the screws at each connection are tightened; for integral toilets, place them directly at the predetermined location and adjust them to a level state using a spirit level to avoid inconvenience in use or damage to components due to tilting.
- Key Component Alignment: Refer to the installation process of mobile toilets, the flange center must be strictly aligned with the center of the sewer pipe to ensure smooth sewage discharge; if equipped with a triangular valve, install it between the water inlet and the tee joint, and tighten the water inlet hose to prevent leaks.
Connection and Sealing Debugging
- Water Circuit Connection: After assembling the nozzle, ensure that the sealing rubber rings at both ends are tightened, connect it to the other end of the tee joint, and clamp the nozzle bracket tightly at the top of the tee joint to prevent loosening.
- Water Testing: After completing the connection, conduct a water test to check whether the water inlet, drainage, and nozzle functions are normal, focusing on observing whether there are leaks at the joints. If problems are found, the components need to be retightened or the sealing rubber rings replaced.
Fixation and Sealing Treatment
- Bottom Fixation: For long-term use, mobile toilets need to be fixed to the ground with expansion bolts to prevent displacement; for temporary use, sandbags or weight blocks can be used to press down on the edges of the base to enhance stability.
- Sealing with Glue: After the water test is problem-free, apply glass glue or waterproof sealing glue at key parts such as the contact area between the toilet and the ground and pipe connections to prevent odor leakage or sewage seepage.
Precautions: The placement process of different types of mobile toilets (such as single-unit, trailer-mounted, and ecological toilets) may vary. Be sure to refer to the product manual or contact the manufacturer's customer service for specific guidance to avoid affecting the use effect or lifespan due to improper operation.
