Description of Mobile Toilet Package

Quản trị 27 tháng 9, 2026

The packaged mobile toilet is a sanitary facility that does not require water flushing and relies on a dedicated packaging mechanism to seal and collect waste. It features no need for a water source, quick installation, and relatively low cost.

Operating Mechanism

Its core operating mechanism is 'isolation - sealing - storage'. After a user uses the toilet, triggering the foot pedal or infrared sensor, the packaging mechanism pulls a new film to cover the toilet bowl while cutting and heat-sealing the previously used film along with the waste, forming an independent sealed package that falls into the storage tank below for regular removal.

Structural Composition

It typically consists of an outer shell frame, toilet device, fecal storage system, and packaging materials. The outer shell is often made of lightweight materials such as plastic or metal alloys, offering good water resistance and weather resistance. The toilet design is simple, equipped with replaceable plastic bags or containers. The fecal storage system is located at the bottom for temporary storage of waste, and the packaging materials are generally biodegradable plastics.

Differentiating Features

Different manufacturers vary in their choice of packaging film materials, with options including ordinary polyethylene and biodegradable materials. The triggering methods for packaging also differ, including foot pedal and electric induction. Additionally, there are variations in the size and specifications of the units.

Advantages and Disadvantages

The advantages include no need for a water source, saving water; quick installation, with strong adaptability; and relatively low cost, with rental or purchase fees generally ranging from several hundred to several thousand RMB, depending on the model and features. The limitations are the need for regular cleaning and maintenance to prevent odors and the requirement to comply with environmental regulations when disposing of waste to avoid pollution.

Applicable Scenarios

It has a wide range of applicable scenarios. In water-scarce and arid regions, it can save a significant amount of flushing water. At temporary gathering places, it can be quickly deployed and operate independently. In ecological protection zones, the enclosed waste collection method minimizes environmental impact. It is also suitable for outdoor activities, construction sites, scenic spots, emergency shelters, and other areas lacking water supply and sewage disposal facilities.
