Mobile Toilet Materials
The materials used for mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two categories: fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) mobile toilets and handmade movable restrooms.

The primary materials for FRP mobile toilets are epoxy resin and glass fiber. Epoxy resin is a thermosetting plastic with excellent mechanical properties, electrical insulation properties, and chemical stability, providing a sturdy and durable outer shell structure for mobile toilets. Glass fiber, as a reinforcing material, significantly enhances the strength and stiffness of epoxy resin, enabling mobile toilets to withstand external impacts and pressures while maintaining a relatively light weight for easy movement and installation. Mobile toilets made from this composite material are corrosion-resistant, waterproof, and moisture-proof, making them suitable for various outdoor environments.
The materials used for handmade movable restrooms are more diverse, including water storage tanks, wooden boards, universal wheels, self-tapping screws, sponge strips, plastic soft boards, white waterproof paint, foam strips, honeycomb wooden boards, drainage pipes, plastic buckets, water pipes, tees, showerheads, toilets, water tanks, glass glue, sewage tanks, and hoses. Among them, water storage tanks are used to store clean water and provide a water source for the flushing system; wooden boards and honeycomb wooden boards serve as structural frames and support materials, providing stability and strength; universal wheels allow the mobile toilet to be easily moved; self-tapping screws are used to fix various components; sponge strips, plastic soft boards, and foam strips act as seals and buffers to prevent water leakage and reduce vibrations; white waterproof paint protects the wooden surface and enhances waterproofing; drainage pipes, plastic buckets, water pipes, tees, etc., form the drainage system to discharge sewage; showerheads and toilets are the core components of sanitary facilities; water tanks are used to store flushing water; glass glue is used to seal connection points to prevent water leakage; sewage tanks are used to collect sewage for easy cleaning; and hoses are used to connect various pipe components to ensure smooth water flow.
