What Materials Are Used for Mobile Toilets
Mobile toilets are made from a variety of materials, commonly including high-quality galvanized materials, bamboo-wood fiber boards, non-slip tiles, and fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP).

Firstly, some mobile toilets use high-quality galvanized square tubes and galvanized steel plates as the main frame materials. These materials undergo high-temperature surface spraying treatment, providing excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties. The galvanizing process forms a dense zinc layer on the surface of the steel, effectively isolating air and moisture to prevent steel rust and corrosion. The high-temperature spraying further enhances the surface's wear resistance and weather resistance, enabling mobile toilets to be used for extended periods in various harsh environments, thereby extending their service life.
In terms of interior decoration for mobile toilets, non-slip tiles are commonly used for flooring. These tiles feature special textures or raised designs on their surfaces, increasing friction with shoe soles to effectively prevent slipping, even in wet conditions, ensuring the safety of users. Bamboo-wood fiber boards are often used for walls, which are not only environmentally friendly and pollution-free, meeting the requirements of modern architecture for green materials, but also have an aesthetically pleasing appearance. With natural textures, bamboo-wood fiber boards create a warm and comfortable indoor environment while also providing some sound insulation and thermal insulation properties, enhancing the user experience of mobile toilets.
Additionally, another common type of mobile toilet is the fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) mobile toilet. It is primarily made from epoxy resin and glass fibers. Epoxy resin is a high-performance engineering plastic with excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability, and insulation properties. Glass fibers are known for their high strength and lightweight characteristics. The combination of these two materials forms an FRP material that is smooth on the surface, structurally robust, and capable of withstanding significant external impacts. FRP mobile toilets are corrosion-resistant and can withstand erosion from various chemicals, making them suitable for emergency scenarios such as temporary large gatherings, construction sites, and natural disasters. Their bases are molded from colored reinforced FRP, and the wall panels are smooth on both sides, facilitating easy cleaning and effective maintenance of hygiene inside the toilets.
