Quản trị 09 tháng 10, 2026
The materials for mobile toilets mainly include two major categories: handmade materials and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) materials.

Handmade Mobile Toilet Materials
Handmade mobile toilets feature a diverse range of material choices to meet different scenarios and functional requirements.
- Water Storage Tanks: These are essential components for storing flushing water in mobile toilets. Typically made of plastic, they are corrosion-resistant and have good sealing properties, ensuring that water does not leak during movement and providing a reliable water source for normal toilet use.
- Wooden Planks and Strips: Often used to construct the frame structure of the toilet, providing basic support and stability. Wooden planks can be used to make the floor and walls of the toilet, while wooden strips can be used to reinforce the frame and enhance the overall structural strength.
- Casters: Installed at the bottom of the toilet, enabling easy movement and positioning. Casters have the characteristic of flexible rotation, allowing the toilet to be moved effortlessly on different surfaces and improving its mobility.
- Sponge Strips and Foam Strips: Primarily used for sealing and cushioning. Sponge strips can be installed in areas such as door and window seams to provide a sealing effect and prevent the emission of odors. Foam strips can be used to cushion collisions between components, reducing noise and damage.
- Plastic Soft Boards: Can be used to make partitions and doors for the toilet. They are lightweight, waterproof, and easy to clean, meeting the basic usage requirements of the toilet.
- Silicone Sealant: Used to connect and seal various components, ensuring a tight structure of the toilet and preventing issues such as water leakage and air leakage.
Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic Mobile Toilet Materials
Fiberglass-reinforced plastic mobile toilets are integrated public restroom facilities with unique material properties.
- Epoxy Resin and Fiberglass: These are the main materials for making fiberglass-reinforced plastic mobile toilets. Epoxy resin has good adhesion and corrosion resistance, while fiberglass has high strength and is lightweight. The fiberglass-reinforced plastic material made by combining the two has advantages such as high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance, meeting the long-term usage requirements of mobile toilets.
- Color-Strengthened Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic Molded Base: The base is molded using color-strengthened fiberglass-reinforced plastic, not only having high strength and stability but also an aesthetically pleasing appearance, adapting to different environmental requirements.
- Smooth Wall Panels: The wall panels have smooth surfaces on both sides, making them easy to clean and maintain. They can effectively prevent the attachment of dirt and keep the toilet clean and hygienic.
