Materials for Mobile Toilets
The materials used for mobile toilets vary according to different types and requirements, mainly including wood, fiberglass reinforced plastic, polyethylene, and galvanized steel, among others.

Initially, mobile toilets were mostly made of materials such as wood. These mobile toilets had relatively simple structures and functions. As a natural material, wood was relatively easy to obtain. However, wood had obvious drawbacks. It easily absorbed odors, and during long-term use, the unpleasant smells inside the toilet were difficult to effectively dissipate and eliminate, which not only affected the user experience but also had a certain impact on the surrounding environment. Moreover, wood had relatively poor durability and was prone to decay in humid environments, requiring frequent maintenance and replacement, which increased usage costs.
Later, materials such as fiberglass reinforced plastic and polyethylene gradually came into use in the manufacture of mobile toilets. Among them, fiberglass reinforced plastic mobile toilets are made of epoxy resin and glass fiber, with molded colored reinforced fiberglass reinforced plastic bases and wall panels. This material has many excellent characteristics. Its surface is smooth and flat, making it difficult for dirt to accumulate, which facilitates cleaning and maintenance. At the same time, fiberglass reinforced plastic never rusts and can maintain good performance in harsh environments such as humidity, demonstrating outstanding anti-corrosion and durability. This significantly extends the service life of mobile toilets and reduces maintenance costs. Polyethylene material also has similar advantages. It has stable chemical properties, is corrosion-resistant, and is relatively light in weight, which facilitates the transportation and installation of mobile toilets.
Environmentally friendly mobile toilets, on the other hand, adopt a galvanized steel structure for their overall framework. This structure is solid and stable, capable of withstanding significant external impacts and the wear and tear from long-term use, ensuring the safety and stability of the mobile toilets. Their floors are reinforced with reinforced concrete, further enhancing the structural stability. Meanwhile, reinforced concrete has good load-bearing capacity, which can meet the usage needs of different groups of people and provide reliable guarantees for the long-term stable use of mobile toilets.
