Material Composition of Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The material composition of mobile toilets mainly includes the overall structure, walls, floors, interior walls, and other auxiliary materials, as detailed below:

Overall Structure

The overall structure of mobile toilets typically employs galvanized steel structures or light steel structures, such as galvanized steel pipes. This material offers rust resistance and good load-bearing capacity, providing a stable support framework for mobile toilets and ensuring their safety and stability during use.

Wall Components

  • Sandwich Panels: These are common wall materials, including color-coated steel sandwich panels or composite panels. They consist of color-coated steel or aluminum sheets on both sides, with polystyrene, rock wool, or polyurethane foam in the middle. This structure provides excellent thermal insulation and is lightweight, facilitating the transportation and installation of mobile toilets.
  • Fiberglass Wall Panels: In some fiberglass mobile toilets, the wall panels are made of epoxy resin and glass fibers, molded into colored reinforced fiberglass. This material is smooth, never rusts, is corrosion-resistant and durable, effectively extending the service life of mobile toilets.

Floor Materials

  • Non-slip Patterned Aluminum Plates or Rubber Floors: Both materials offer non-slip properties and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, adapting to various usage environments and ensuring user safety.
  • Fiberglass Anti-corrosion Layer: Some high-end mobile toilets are equipped with a fiberglass anti-corrosion layer on the chassis to further enhance the floor's corrosion resistance.
  • Fiberglass Base: The base of fiberglass mobile toilets is molded from colored reinforced fiberglass, providing good integrity and stability.

Interior Wall Materials

Common interior wall materials are high-density PVC panels or stainless steel panels, which have smooth surfaces, are resistant to dirt buildup, and are easy to clean and maintain, keeping the interior of mobile toilets clean and hygienic.

Other Materials

  • Water Tanks and Sewage Pipes: These are mostly made of PE (polyethylene) material, which offers good toughness and low-temperature resistance, ensuring the normal operation of water tanks and sewage pipes and reducing the risk of damage and leakage.
  • Interior Walls of Smart Eco-toilets: These use photocatalyst coatings, which can decompose odor molecules, effectively improving the air quality inside mobile toilets.
  • Hardware Components: Door panels, locks, handrails, and other hardware components are mostly made of engineering plastics or stainless steel, ensuring both strength and aesthetic appeal.
  • Roof Materials: The roofs of fiberglass mobile toilets use high-transmittance waterproof materials, enabling natural lighting, reducing energy consumption, and preventing rainwater leakage.
