Mobile Toilet Main Pipe Installation

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The installation of the main pipe for mobile toilets should be carried out in accordance with the specifications for different types of toilets. The key installation points for common types are as follows:

Double-unit mobile toilets: The installation of the sewage pipes in such toilets is a crucial step. It is necessary to use inclined tee connectors to precisely merge the sewage pipes from the two toilet compartments into the main pipe. The inclination angle of the inclined tee connectors must be constructed strictly in accordance with the specifications, which is the core point to ensure smooth sewage discharge and prevent blockages. If the inclination angle is improper, it may lead to the accumulation of sewage in the pipes, causing issues such as odor emission and pipe corrosion, and affecting the normal use and lifespan of the toilets. During the installation process, construction personnel should use professional measuring tools to accurately control the inclination angle and ensure a tight and leak-free connection between the connectors and the sewage pipes.

On-site mobile toilets (e.g., for events): These toilets are usually used in temporary, large-scale event venues and have high requirements for the sewage system. During installation, it is essential to ensure accurate connection between the sewage pipes and the municipal sewer network. Before construction, a detailed understanding of the layout of the municipal sewer network at the event venue should be obtained to determine the appropriate connection position and method. During the connection process, attention should be paid to the matching of pipe diameters and sealing treatment to prevent sewage leakage and pollution of the surrounding environment. At the same time, considering the foot traffic and usage frequency during the event, the diameter and slope of the sewage pipes should be reasonably designed to ensure rapid and effective sewage discharge even during peak usage periods.

Other types of mobile toilets: For mobile toilets that require pre-embedded pipes during foundation construction, the pipe routing and connection positions should be planned at the initial stage of construction. The pre-embedded pipes should have a burial depth that meets the requirements to avoid damage from external forces, and clear connection positions should be reserved for subsequent connection to the main pipe. For eco-friendly toilets, a sewage extraction port channel should be reserved to ensure that sewage extraction equipment can be smoothly connected for regular cleaning of the waste in the toilets and maintaining toilet hygiene and environmental quality. When reserving the channel, the size and operating space of the sewage extraction equipment should be considered to ensure the smoothness of the channel and ease of use.
