The long-term rental contract for mobile toilets is a written agreement that clarifies the rights and obligations of the lessor and the lessee during the long-term rental of mobile toilets. The following is an overview of the key contract terms:

I. Rental Property and Purpose The rental property consists of mobile toilets provided by Party A, with specific specifications, models, and quantities determined by the mutually confirmed list. Regarding the purpose, Party B rents the mobile toilets primarily to address the temporary restroom needs of employees and customers, clearly defining the scope of use for the rental property and preventing Party B from using the mobile toilets for other inappropriate purposes.

II. Rental Period The rental period is long-term, starting from the date of contract signing until the mutually agreed termination date. Additionally, it is stipulated that if Party B needs to terminate the rental early, they must provide Party A with a one-month written notice in advance, providing both parties with a certain degree of flexibility and standardization regarding the rental period.

III. Rent and Payment Method The rent is determined through mutual negotiation between the two parties based on the specifications, models, quantity, and service life of the mobile toilets, ensuring a reasonable and fair rent standard. In terms of payment method, Party B is required to pay the rent on time via bank transfer to the account designated by Party A and retain the payment receipts, ensuring the standardization and traceability of rent payments.

IV. Maintenance and Repair Party A is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the mobile toilets, including regular inspections, repairs, and upkeep, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the integrity and proper functioning of the facilities, with the maintenance and repair costs borne by Party A. However, if the repair costs are incurred due to improper use or human-caused damage by Party B, Party B shall bear those costs, clearly defining the responsibilities for maintenance and repair and the parties responsible for the costs.

V. Safety Responsibilities Party A must ensure that the safety performance of the mobile toilets complies with national standards and provide necessary safety warning signs. Party B shall comply with safety usage regulations when using the mobile toilets and shall not make unauthorized modifications or damage the equipment. If any personnel or property losses of Party B occur due to safety hazards or quality issues in the mobile toilets provided by Party A, Party A shall bear corresponding compensation responsibilities, safeguarding the rights and interests of both parties in terms of safety.

VI. Liability for Breach of Contract The responsibilities of both parties in different breach situations are clearly defined. For example, if Party A fails to provide qualified mobile toilets as agreed or fails to carry out maintenance and repair on time, or if Party B fails to pay the rent as agreed or makes unauthorized modifications or damages the equipment, both parties shall bear corresponding liabilities for breach of contract, and the breaching party shall compensate the other party for all losses incurred thereby.

VII. Dispute Resolution In case of any disputes between the two parties, they shall first resolve them through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, they may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court. During the dispute resolution process, the other contract terms shall continue to be performed.

VIII. Other Matters For matters not covered herein, supplementary agreements may be made. The contract is made in duplicate and shall take effect from the date of signature and sealing by both parties, and the laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply.
