Mobile Toilet Lock

Information about mobile toilet locks is as follows:

I. Material and Applicable Scenarios The foam-sealed toilets (outdoor restrooms) produced by Dezhou Hongtu Metal Products Co., Ltd. use stainless steel toilet door locks. These toilets do not require sewage discharge or water intake and are suitable for outdoor scenarios such as scenic spots and camping bases. Stainless steel has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength, and long service life, enabling it to adapt to complex outdoor environments, such as humidity and large temperature differences. This reduces lock failures caused by rust or deformation and ensures long-term stable use.

II. Usage Methods and Structural Features According to the display by Jianuo Rail Transit, the operation of mobile toilet door locks requires attention to specific structural states. Specifically, it is necessary to ensure that the component marked with a blue circle below the lock (usually the lock tongue or limit device) is in a vertical state. At this point, the lock tongue can fully extend or retract, enabling locking or unlocking functions. If this component is tilted or stuck, it may result in failed locking or the inability to open the door normally. Operation Points:

  1. Locking: After closing the door, adjust the blue-circled component to a vertical position, push the door handle or rotate the lock cylinder to embed the lock tongue into the door frame lock hole, completing the locking.
  2. Unlocking: Keep the blue-circled component vertical and reverse the operation of the door handle or lock cylinder. After the lock tongue retracts, the door can be opened. Precautions: If the lock tongue gets stuck, check whether the blue-circled component is loose or deformed, and avoid forcing the push-pull operation to prevent damage to the lock.

III. Maintenance and Fault Handling Due to high usage frequency and complex environments, outdoor mobile toilet locks require regular maintenance:

  1. Cleaning and Maintenance: Wipe the surface of the lock body with a dry cloth to prevent the accumulation of sand or corrosive substances; stainless steel locks can be regularly coated with anti-rust oil to enhance protection.
  2. Lubrication Treatment: Add a small amount of lubricating oil (such as graphite powder or special lock lubricant) to moving parts such as the lock cylinder and lock tongue to reduce friction and prevent rust.
  3. Fault Troubleshooting: If the door can still be pushed open after locking, it may be because the blue-circled component is not fully vertical or the lock tongue is worn. Adjust the position of the component or replace the lock tongue; if the lock cylinder cannot rotate, it may be because the internal spring is broken, and professional personnel should be contacted for repair.

Through reasonable use and maintenance, mobile toilet locks can maintain stable performance for a long time and meet the practical needs of outdoor scenarios.
