Loading of Mobile Toilets for Shipment

Quản trị 05 tháng 10, 2026

The process of loading mobile toilets for shipment varies depending on different scenarios and equipment specifications, but the core steps include equipment securing, protective measures, and adaptation to transportation tools, as detailed below:

I. Basic Loading Process

At regular shipping sites, loading mobile toilets requires ensuring equipment stability and transportation safety. For example, small or medium-sized mobile toilets may be loaded onto two 6-meter-long transport vehicles. During loading, protective strips are attached along the edges of the vehicle compartments to prevent shell wear caused by bumps during transportation. Internal protective measures are equally crucial; it is necessary to check whether the internal components of the toilets (such as water tanks and pipes) are secured to avoid damage from shaking. Additionally, after loading, ropes or specialized securing devices must be used to bind the mobile toilets to the vehicle compartments to prevent side slipping or shifting.

II. Special Loading Methods for Large Public Toilets

For large public toilets at the Gansu Public Toilet Production Base, loading and transportation rely on heavy equipment. For instance, a 25-ton crane is used for lifting operations, slowly raising the main body of the public toilet above the compartment of a 17.5-meter-long semi-trailer transport vehicle using lifting ropes, and then precisely adjusting its position to complete loading. Such operations must strictly adhere to safety regulations:

  • Pre-lifting Inspection: Ensure the crane's outriggers are stable, the lifting ropes are free from wear, and assess the center of gravity distribution of the public toilet to avoid tilting;
  • Transport Vehicle Adaptation: The 17.5-meter semi-trailer must have its compartment cleaned in advance, with anti-slip mats or wooden blocks laid to reduce transportation vibrations;
  • Enhanced Securing: After loading, steel ropes must be used to reinforce the public toilet from multiple directions, and warning signs should be placed at the rear of the vehicle compartment to remind subsequent vehicles to maintain a safe distance.

III. Detail Optimization and Safety Assurance

Loading details vary across different scenarios. For example, when shipping mobile toilets from Xuzhou Yishun, forklifts are used to assist in loading: after the forklift pushes the mobile toilet to the edge of the vehicle compartment, workers manually adjust the distance on both sides to ensure the equipment maintains a 5-10 cm gap from the compartment walls, preventing scratches. Furthermore, all loading processes must record the equipment number, transport vehicle information, and loading time for subsequent tracking and accountability.

Summary: Loading mobile toilets for shipment requires considering equipment specifications, transportation distance, and tool conditions. Through the cooperation of protective strips, securing devices, and heavy equipment (such as cranes and forklifts), the integrity and safety of the equipment during transportation can be ensured.
