Mobile Toilet Line

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The setup of mobile toilets varies among urban rail transit systems in different cities.

Shanghai Metro Line 11: Mobile toilet facilities have been installed at stations such as Nanxiang, Malu, Jiading Xincheng, and Jiading West. These facilities include three brand-new public toilets and one upgraded public toilet. The installation of these new and upgraded public toilets aims to enhance the toilet-using experience for passengers at rail transit stations and meet their physiological needs during travel. The brand-new public toilets may be more comprehensive in terms of facility provision and hygiene conditions, offering passengers better services; the upgraded public toilets, on the other hand, are improvements made on the existing basis to enhance their usability and comfort. The layout of these mobile toilet facilities takes into account factors such as passenger flow and geographical location at the stations to better serve the general public.

Phase I Project of Zhengzhou Metro Line 7: During the preparation phase, it is planned to lease mobile toilets for on-site use. The entire line has 21 stations, with plans to lease one mobile toilet per station, totaling 21 mobile toilets needed. Leasing mobile toilets is a temporary solution during the project's preparation phase. Since the station infrastructure may not be fully completed during the construction period, leasing mobile toilets can promptly meet the toilet needs of construction workers and passersby. The project was ultimately awarded to Shanghai Yijie Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., with a transaction amount of 307,303.5 yuan. This transaction result reflects the role of the market in resource allocation, determining the enterprise providing mobile toilet leasing services and the corresponding price through competition. At the same time, it also reflects the market demand and commercial value of mobile toilet leasing services in fields such as rail transit construction.
