Dimensions of Mobile Toilet Combined with Kitchen

Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026

There is no unified standard for the dimensions of mobile toilets combined with kitchens. Currently, there is relatively little information in public sources regarding the specific dimensions of such combined designs, which usually need to be planned separately according to actual needs, functional zoning, and equipment configuration.

Common Dimension Ranges for Mobile Toilets

The dimension design of mobile toilets is mainly based on the number of users, functional requirements (such as whether they include urinals, barrier-free facilities, etc.), and transportation convenience. Common specifications are as follows:

  • Single-stall mobile toilets: They are approximately 1.1-1.5 meters in length, 1.1-1.3 meters in width, and 2.2-2.5 meters in height. These toilets usually contain only one toilet seat or squat toilet, with a compact space suitable for temporary events or scenarios with a low population density.
  • Multi-stall mobile toilets: They can be up to 3-6 meters in length, about 2-3 meters in width, and have a similar height to single-stall ones. Internally, they can be equipped with 2-4 toilet stalls, and some models also include a management room or storage room, suitable for large-scale events or long-term use scenarios.
  • Barrier-free mobile toilets: Their dimensions need to meet the turning requirements of wheelchairs, usually with a width of no less than 1.5 meters, a depth of no less than 1.8 meters, and a door width of no less than 0.9 meters. Sufficient space should be reserved inside for users to operate assistive devices.

Dimension Requirements for the Kitchen Functional Area

If the kitchen needs to be combined with a mobile toilet, the dimensions of the kitchen part should be designed according to cooking equipment, operational procedures, and hygiene requirements:

  • Basic operational area: If only a simple stove, sink, and storage cabinet are configured, the length is recommended to be no less than 2 meters and the width no less than 1.5 meters to ensure sufficient operational space and conform to ergonomics.
  • Equipment configuration: The distance between the stove and the sink should be greater than 0.6 meters to avoid operational interference. The depth of storage cabinets is usually 0.3-0.4 meters, and the height can be adjusted according to the user's height.
  • Ventilation and hygiene: The kitchen should be equipped with an independent exhaust system, isolated from the toilet area to avoid odor crossover. The floor and wall materials should be waterproof and easy to clean, meeting food hygiene standards.

Precautions for Combined Design

  • Functional zoning: The toilet and the kitchen should be completely separated by walls or partitions to ensure hygiene and safety. The entrances should be set up independently to avoid flow line crossover.
  • Space optimization: If space is limited, foldable equipment or built-in storage can be used to reduce the floor area. For example, foldable tabletops can be folded up during non-meal times to increase activity space.
  • Compliance: It should comply with local building codes and hygiene standards, especially the design of drainage, exhaust, and waste disposal systems to avoid environmental pollution.
