Mobile Toilet Installation Steps
The installation steps for mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two categories: general-purpose mobile toilets and household mobile toilets. The specific installation methods are as follows:

I. General-Purpose Mobile Toilet Installation (Suitable for Public Scenarios)
Tool Preparation
After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun in advance to ensure all necessary tools are available during the installation process.Main Frame Assembly
- Inner Corner Installation: Fix the inner corner pieces sequentially at the preset positions to ensure the initial formation of the frame.
- Panel Assembly: Insert the panels into the slots and align the upper and lower edges. Use an electric drill to make holes at the joints (the hole diameter should match the rivets).
- Rivet Fixation: Insert the rivets and use a rivet gun to complete the fixation, ensuring the panels are firmly connected.
Detail Inspection
After installation, check whether all components are aligned and whether the rivets are tightened to avoid structural instability caused by looseness.
II. Household Mobile Toilet Installation (Suitable for Home Scenarios)
Toilet Flange Installation
Align the center of the flange with the center of the floor drain pipe to ensure that the toilet's drain outlet fits perfectly with the drain pipe after placement, preventing leakage.Water Circuit Connection
- Angle Valve Installation: Install an angle valve at the water inlet to control the water flow switch.
- Three-Way Connection: Connect the water inlet to the three-way component of the spray head and tighten the toilet's water inlet hose to ensure tightness.
Spray Head Assembly
- Install a sealing gasket at the other end of the three-way, tighten it, and then connect the spray head.
- Insert the spray head bracket into the top of the three-way and adjust the spray head angle to a suitable position.
Final Fixation and Sealing
After testing for water leakage and finding none, apply sealant at the contact point between the bottom of the toilet and the floor to prevent odor from escaping.
III. Special Case Handling (Toilet Relocation)
If the toilet needs to be moved, additional operations are required:
- Measure the Relocation Distance: Determine the cutting length of the main body of the toilet relocator according to the requirements.
- Component Connection: Use special adhesive to connect the components of the toilet relocator to ensure tight interfaces.
- Floor Trenching: Bury the toilet relocator in the floor trench, keep it level, and fix it.
Precautions:
- Read the product manual carefully before installation or contact customer service to confirm details.
- The panel assembly of general-purpose mobile toilets must be strictly aligned to avoid affecting the overall structural stability.
- The water circuit connection of household mobile toilets must ensure tightness to prevent water leakage and damage to the floor.
