Mobile Toilet Installation Proposal

Quản trị 19 tháng 10, 2026

The mobile toilet installation proposal should cover project overview, preliminary preparations, installation process, quality control, post-installation maintenance, and investment benefit analysis. The specific content is as follows:

I. Project Overview
Clarify the application scenarios (such as tourist attractions, construction sites, event venues) and explain the necessity of construction, for example, addressing the difficulty of finding restrooms during peak periods or meeting environmental protection requirements. Select the type of toilet based on pedestrian traffic, duration of use, and budget: for high-traffic areas, it is recommended to use connected water-saving flush toilets; for remote areas without water and electricity, waterless packing toilets should be adopted. When planning the layout, it is necessary to set the ratio of male to female toilet stalls according to the 'Urban Public Toilet Design Standard' (usually 1:1.5-2), add accessible toilet stalls and universal toilets, and ensure that the aisle width is not less than 1.2 meters.

II. Preliminary Preparations and Planning

  1. Site Survey: Evaluate ground bearing capacity (concrete foundation should be ≥200kPa), drainage slope (≥2%), and avoid underground pipelines; determine water and electricity access points (water pressure ≥0.2MPa, voltage 380V/220V) and sewage discharge paths. For areas without sewage systems, plan storage tanks and cleaning routes.
  2. Design Plan: Use a concrete foundation (thickness ≥15cm) or steel frame support; pipeline routes should be concealed and short, with PPR pipes for water supply and PVC pipes for drainage; prepare lifting equipment, level gauges, and other tools, and organize technical and safety briefings.

III. Core Installation Process

  1. Site Preparation: Clear debris and pour a concrete foundation with a surface flatness error of ≤5mm.
  2. Main Body Installation: Use nylon slings during lifting to prevent scratching the shell, secure the main body with expansion bolts, and conduct a pressure test at 1.5 times the working pressure after connecting the pipes.
  3. System Commissioning: Check whether the flushing system, lighting, and ventilation are operating normally, with a focus on testing the sealing of the sewage outlet to ensure no leakage.

IV. Quality Control and Safety Measures

  1. Quality Control: Raw materials must be accompanied by quality certificates, and the construction process should be supervised by full-time quality inspectors. After installation, conduct water and electricity tests to ensure a 100% pass rate.
  2. Safety Measures: Set up warning lines in the lifting area, require construction personnel to wear safety helmets and non-slip shoes, and regularly inspect the wear of the crane's steel wire ropes.

V. Post-Installation Maintenance and Management

  1. Regular Cleaning and Transportation: Clean the storage tanks of waterless toilets every 2-3 days and check the liquid level of the septic tanks of water-saving toilets every week.
  2. Equipment Maintenance: Replace aging seals monthly, clean the ventilation filters, and wrap insulation layers around the water pipes in winter.

VI. Investment Estimation and Benefit Analysis
Costs include the purchase of the main body (unit price 8,000-30,000 yuan), foundation construction (approximately 2,000 yuan per unit), and maintenance costs (approximately 5,000 yuan per unit per year). The social benefits are significant, as it can reduce open defecation pollution, improve regional sanitation, and align with sustainable development goals.

Compilation Basis: Refer to the 'Code for Design of Building Water Supply and Drainage' GB 50015-2019 and local environmental protection and safety regulations, and refine parameters in combination with the project contract.
