Mobile Toilet Installation Process

Quản trị 13 tháng 10, 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets varies significantly depending on their types, mainly including ordinary mobile toilets, Apple Pod mobile toilets, and other toilets classified by structure, mobility, or sewage treatment methods. Here are the specific instructions:

1. Installation of Ordinary Mobile Toilets
The installation process of ordinary mobile toilets is relatively simple and can usually be completed in six steps by referring to the instruction manual:

  • Step 1: Unpack and Inspect
After receiving the product, open the package and check the accessory list (such as the toilet body, water tank, sewage pipe, fixing screws, etc.) to ensure all components are complete and undamaged.
  • Step 2: Assemble the Base
Place the toilet base steadily on the ground and use screws to fix the part where the base contacts the ground according to the holes marked in the instruction manual to ensure stability.
  • Step 3: Install the Water Tank
Connect the water tank to the base, paying attention to the corresponding directions of the water inlet and outlet to avoid water leakage. Some water tanks need to be filled with clean water or cleaning agents in advance.
  • Step 4: Connect the Sewage Pipe
Connect one end of the sewage pipe to the sewage outlet at the bottom of the toilet and extend the other end to the preset sewage pipe or collection container, ensuring airtightness to prevent odor leakage.
  • Step 5: Fix the Toilet Body
Align the toilet body with the base and fix it with buckles or screws. Check whether components such as the seat ring and cover plate can open and close flexibly.
  • Step 6: Function Test
Test whether the water supply from the water tank is normal by flushing, whether the sewage pipe is unobstructed, and check the overall stability to ensure there is no shaking or water leakage.

2. Installation of Apple Pod Mobile Toilets
The installation of Apple Pod mobile toilets involves transportation, unloading, and on-site assembly, requiring the cooperation of professional equipment:

  • Transportation and Unloading
Use a truck to transport the toilet body to the installation site and lift the pod from the truck to the designated position (such as the ground foundation or platform) with a crane. Ensure that the lifting ropes are firmly fixed to avoid tilting or collision of the pod.
  • On-site Assembly
Connect the pipes (such as water inlet pipes, sewage pipes, and electrical circuits) between the pods according to the design drawings and fix the connecting parts between the pods and the ground (such as expansion screws). If it is a multi-pod combination, align the interfaces and seal them.
  • Function Debugging
After connecting the water and electricity, test whether equipment such as the flushing system, lighting, and ventilation are working properly and check whether the sewage pipe is connected to the municipal sewage network or collection tank.

3. Installation of Other Types of Mobile Toilets
For toilets classified by structural form (single/composite), mobility (lifting/towing), or sewage treatment method (flushing/non-flushing), the installation process may involve modular assembly, power system connection, or sewage treatment equipment debugging. However, specific steps should refer to the operation manual provided by the manufacturer, which is not elaborated in this article.
