Mobile Toilet Installation Process
Quản trị 02 tháng 10, 2026
The mobile toilet installation process is divided into four stages: pre-installation preparation, on-site installation, post-installation inspection, and precautions. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-Installation Preparation
- Site Survey and Planning
Confirm the installation location with the customer in advance, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage lines, and obstacle-prone zones. When measuring the site dimensions, ensure that the width of the toilet access passage is ≥1.2 meters and reserve operational space to avoid subsequent usage restrictions. - Material Inventory and Inspection
Upon arrival, verify the quantity, model, and accessories (such as sinks, flushing devices, sewage pipes, etc.) of the mobile toilets. Focus on inspecting the equipment for any external damage and ensuring the internal facilities are intact to prevent rework due to material issues. - Tool and Personnel Preparation
Equip with basic tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels, and arrange 2-3 professional installers. If the toilet is large in size or the installation environment is complex, coordinate with equipment like cranes to assist with handling, ensuring construction efficiency.
II. On-Site Installation Steps
- Foundation Fixing Operations
After hoisting the toilet body to the designated location, use a spirit level to adjust the equipment's stability, with a deviation controlled within 3mm. Subsequently, secure the equipment with expansion bolts or counterweights to prevent tipping, especially strengthening the fixing measures in areas with strong winds. - Water and Electricity Connection and Debugging
Connect the sewage pipe to the nearest sewer or designated sewage collection tank, ensuring a pipe slope of ≥2% to prevent sewage backflow. When connecting to the water source, it is recommended to use a water pipe ≥DN20 in diameter. Test the flushing function and drainage sealing to ensure no leakage. - Detail Inspection and Cleaning
After installing accessories such as door curtains and anti-slip mats, check the flexibility of door locks and flush buttons to avoid usage obstacles. Finally, clean and disinfect the interior and place consumables such as air fresheners and toilet paper to enhance the user experience.
III. Post-Installation Inspection and Delivery
- Function Testing Checklist
Conduct a flushing test (press the flush button three times consecutively to confirm smooth drainage without blockage) and a load-bearing test (evenly step on the top of the equipment to check structural stability) to ensure the equipment functions properly. - Delivery Document Confirmation
Provide the customer with an Equipment Installation Inspection Form, specifying the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions to facilitate subsequent maintenance and responsibility division.
IV. Precautions and Safety Regulations
- Installation Safety Requirements
Wear a safety harness during high-altitude operations and prohibit installation in weather with wind speeds ≥5 levels. Smoking or the use of open flame equipment is prohibited inside the toilet, and keep away from fire sources to prevent fires. - Construction Site Management
Delineate the construction area and set up warning signs to prevent unauthorized personnel from approaching. Ensure adequate lighting for nighttime construction and install reflective strips on the edges of the equipment to enhance visibility and reduce accident risks.
