How to Install a Mobile Toilet Seat

Quản trị 10 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of a mobile toilet seat can be carried out according to the following steps, with priority given to the product manual or official tutorial:

I. Basic Installation Steps

  1. Unpacking and Inspection Upon receiving the package, immediately unpack and check the list of accessories to confirm that the toilet body, water tank components, sealing ring, fixing bolts, drain pipe, etc., are all present. If any accessories are missing or damaged, contact the merchant promptly for replacement to avoid interruptions during subsequent installation.

  2. Assembly According to the Manual Follow the instructions provided with the product or the official “Six Simple Steps” tutorial for operation. The typical steps include:

  • Fix the toilet base to the water tank using clips or bolts;
  • Install the drain pipe and connect it to the sewer outlet, ensuring that a sealing ring is used at the interface to prevent leakage;
  • Adjust the levelness of the toilet, achieving stable placement through the bottom adjusting feet or shims.

II. Special Scenario Handling: Toilet Relocation Installation If you need to adjust the position of the toilet, choose the appropriate method based on the relocation distance:

  1. Relocator Method Suitable for small-scale, short-distance relocations (10-30 cm, with a maximum length not exceeding 40 cm). During construction, pay attention to the following:
  • Slope Reservation: The drain pipe needs to reserve a downward slope of 1%-3% to ensure that sewage can be discharged smoothly during flushing, avoiding water accumulation or odor reversal;
  • Flush Impact: The relocator may change the original flushing path, resulting in weakened flushing force and an increased risk of blockage. It is recommended to use it with a direct-flush toilet;
  • Sealing Treatment: The connections between the relocator and the original drain pipe, as well as the toilet drain outlet, need to be reinforced with waterproof glue or sealing rings to prevent leakage.
  1. Ground Elevation Method Achieve relocation by constructing a platform of a certain height (commonly 180 mm high), suitable for scenarios requiring larger displacements. Key operation points include:
  • Structural Stability: The platform needs to be constructed using concrete or bricks to ensure it can withstand the weight of the toilet and the user;
  • Drain Slope: The surface of the platform needs to be inclined towards the drain outlet, with a slope of 1%-3% as well;
  • Waterproofing Treatment: The junctions between the platform and the ground, as well as the walls, need to be coated with waterproof paint and laid with waterproof membranes to prevent moisture penetration and structural damage.

III. Post-Installation Inspection and Debugging

  1. Sealing Test: Fill the toilet with water and let it stand for 10 minutes to observe for any leakage around the base;
  2. Flush Effect Test: Flush multiple times to check if the drainage is smooth and if there are any abnormal noises or residues;
  3. Stability Test: Gently shake the toilet to confirm there is no wobbling or looseness.

Tip: If you are not familiar with the installation steps, it is recommended to contact a professional for operation to avoid problems such as water leakage, blockage, or structural damage caused by improper construction.
