Mobile Toilet Installation Guide
Here is the installation guide for the mobile toilet:

I. Pre-installation Preparation After receiving the package of the mobile toilet, prepare the installation tools in advance, including an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun. At the same time, open the package and check whether all the accessories are complete, such as corner pieces, panels, rivets, and other key components, to avoid installation interruptions due to missing materials. If any accessories are found to be damaged or the quantity does not match, contact the merchant promptly for replacement.
II. Specific Installation Steps
Installing the Corner Pieces Fix the corner pieces one by one according to the designed positions. The corner pieces are usually located at the corners of the toilet frame, serving as supports and connectors. Ensure that the corner pieces fit tightly against the frame during installation to avoid gaps in subsequent assembly.
Assembling the Panels Insert the panels into the pre-designed slots. When assembling, align the upper and lower edges to ensure uniform gaps between the panels. If the slots are tight, slightly adjust the angle of the panels or use a rubber mallet to assist in tapping them in, avoiding excessive force that could deform the panels.
Drilling Holes for Fixing After aligning the panels, use a 4.2-millimeter drill bit to drill holes at the panel connections. The drilling positions should be determined according to the rivet specifications, typically with one hole every 10-15 centimeters. Keep the electric drill perpendicular during drilling to avoid offset holes that could affect the fixing effect.
Inserting and Fixing the Rivets Insert the rivets into the drilled holes and use a rivet gun to complete the fixing. Ensure that the rivet gun is perpendicular to the rivets during operation and apply even force until the rivet heads are fully expanded and flush with the panel surface. If the rivets are not fixed firmly, re-operate or replace them.
III. Precautions
- Tool Safety: Electric drills and rivet guns are electric tools. Wear protective goggles and gloves during operation to prevent injury from flying debris or accidental contact.
- Structural Stability Check: After installation, gently push the toilet frame to check for any wobbling. If there is looseness, re-check the rivet fixing or reinforce as necessary.
- Ventilation and Drainage: If the mobile toilet is equipped with a ventilation or drainage system, connect the pipes according to the instructions to ensure good sealing and prevent air leakage or water leakage.
IV. Post-installation Debugging After installation, perform simple functional tests, such as checking whether the door lock is flexible and whether the interior space is reasonable. If any installation issues are found, make adjustments promptly to ensure safety and comfort during use.
