Mobile Toilet Installation Guide

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

Here is the mobile toilet installation guide:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

After receiving the mobile toilet shipment, prepare the installation tools in advance, including an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun. These tools are crucial for securing components during the installation process. The electric drill is used for drilling holes, the 4.2-millimeter drill bit should match the rivet specifications, and the rivet gun is used to fix the rivets onto the components, ensuring structural stability. Additionally, check that the shipment is complete and that all components are undamaged and not missing. If some mobile toilets have undergone partial installation procedures at the factory, verify the installed parts against the uninstalled parts according to the instruction manual to avoid duplicate operations or omissions.

II. Specific Installation Steps

  1. Installing the Inner Corners Begin by installing the inner corners. The inner corners serve as the support structure for the mobile toilet frame and should be fixed sequentially according to the design positions. Ensure that the connections between the inner corners and the frame are tight to prevent loosening or deformation during subsequent use. If there are many inner corners, it is advisable to mark them in order to avoid confusion.

  2. Assembling the Panels Insert the panels into the slots. When assembling, align the upper and lower edges to ensure that the perpendicularity and levelness of the panels and the frame meet the requirements. During the assembly process, gently tap the panels with a wooden or rubber mallet to fully embed them into the slots, preventing excessive gaps that could affect the sealing performance.

  3. Drilling Holes and Securing After aligning and assembling the panels, use a 4.2-millimeter drill bit to drill holes at the connection points between the panels and the frame. The drilling positions should be evenly distributed according to the design requirements to ensure uniform force distribution at the fixing points. After drilling the holes, insert the rivets and secure them firmly with the rivet gun. During fixation, check that the rivets are fully embedded to prevent protruding parts from scratching users or affecting the appearance.

III. Post-installation Inspection

After completing the installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the mobile toilet. First, check that all components are securely connected without any looseness or abnormal noises. Next, inspect the opening and closing components such as doors and windows for smooth operation and intact seals. Finally, check that the drainage system is unobstructed to prevent water accumulation or leakage. If any issues are found, make timely adjustments or re-fixations to ensure the normal use of the mobile toilet.
