Mobile Toilet Installation Flow Chart

Quản trị 22 tháng 10, 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets can be divided into five stages: pre-installation preparation, foundation installation, zoning setup, installation acceptance, and post-event removal. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Site Survey
It is necessary to confirm the locations of key areas with the event organizer in advance and arrange for technicians to conduct on-site measurements. Three key points should be noted: First, ensure that the mobile toilets are placed within 300 meters of the athlete assembly area for convenience. Second, avoid areas with dense underground drainage pipes to prevent construction from damaging municipal facilities. Third, reserve a safety passage at least 1.5 meters wide to ensure personnel passage and emergency evacuation needs. The survey data should be documented in writing as a basis for subsequent installation.

II. Foundation Installation Specifications

  1. Ground Preparation: Level the ground in the installation area, remove obstacles such as gravel and debris, and lay anti-slip mats to enhance stability and prevent personnel from slipping.
  2. Fixing Method: Choose a fixing method based on the ground material. For concrete ground, use expansion screws to firmly connect the toilet body to the ground; for soft ground (such as grass or sand), use counterweights (such as concrete blocks or sandbags) to secure the toilet and ensure wind resistance.
  3. Water and Electricity Connection: The sewage pipe should be connected to the municipal sewer network or a dedicated septic tank to ensure smooth sewage discharge; the power supply line should be kept away from water sources to avoid the risk of electric leakage, and a leakage protection device should be installed.

III. Zoning Setup Principles

  1. Start/Finish Area: Set up one mobile toilet for every 500 athletes to avoid queuing congestion.
  2. Along the Race Track: Set up one mobile toilet every 2 kilometers, with a male-to-female toilet ratio of 1:1.5, prioritizing female needs.
  3. Near Medical Stations: Add accessible mobile toilets equipped with handrails and low-level sinks to facilitate use by disabled individuals or injured personnel.

IV. Installation Acceptance Points

  1. Appearance Inspection: The toilet shell should be free of damage, deformation, and stains, with clear markings (such as 'Male', 'Female', 'Accessible').
  2. Function Testing: The flushing system should have smooth water flow without blockages; the lighting should be sufficiently bright; the ventilation equipment (such as exhaust fans) should operate without abnormal noise to ensure internal air circulation.
  3. Emergency Preparedness: Each toilet should be equipped with spare toilet paper and hand soap, and a cleaning tool room should be set up to store disinfectants, brooms, and other items for timely maintenance.

V. Post-event Removal Process

  1. Waste Disposal: First, empty the feces, sewage, and other waste from the toilets, and use disinfectants to thoroughly spray and disinfect the interior to prevent the spread of pathogens.
  2. Dismantling and Loading: Remove the fixing devices (such as expansion screws and counterweights), disassemble the toilet body into transportable modules, and load them onto dedicated vehicles in an orderly manner.
  3. Site Restoration: Clean up residual garbage in the installation area, backfill ground pits, and restore the original appearance to ensure compliance with environmental protection requirements.
