Mobile Toilet Installation Base

Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026

When installing the base for a mobile toilet, the following standardized steps should be followed to ensure safety and stability:

1. Thorough Preparation Work
Before installation, thoroughly inspect the equipment and accessories for completeness. Focus on checking the base bracket for deformation or cracks, ensuring the number of anchor bolts is complete (typically 4-6), and verifying that rubber gaskets are not hardened or cracked due to aging. Based on the actual conditions of the installation site, preprocess the ground: use cement or gravel to level uneven areas, ensuring no significant bumps or depressions; measure the levelness of the installation area with a level gauge, keeping the error within ±2mm to prevent equipment重心 (center of gravity) shift due to ground inclination.

2. Bracket and Ground Fixation Method
Place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily on the preprocessed ground and adjust the adjustable bolts or gaskets at the four corners of the bracket to ensure the equipment is level overall. When fixing, select bolt types based on ground material: for cement ground, use expansion bolts with a length ≥100mm, ensuring they penetrate the base layer ≥60mm; for soil ground, first compact the soil (compaction degree ≥90%) and use extended bolts (≥150mm) with a concrete base for fixation. When tightening bolts, use a diagonal alternating tightening method to avoid bracket deformation due to unilateral force, ensuring the final torque value reaches 80%-90% of the bolt specification requirements.

3. Shock Absorber Installation Specifications
When installing shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure they fully contact the bracket without misalignment or suspension. For rubber pads, check that the thickness is uniform (error ≤1mm) and the surface is free of oil or impurities; for spring shock absorbers, confirm that the spring direction aligns with the equipment's center of gravity line to avoid shock absorption failure due to reverse installation. After installation, test the shock absorption effect by gently pushing the equipment: under normal conditions, the equipment should have slight elastic recovery; if significant shaking or abnormal noise occurs, check for rubber pad wear or loose shock absorbers.

4. Post-Installation Inspection and Adjustment
Use a level gauge to recheck the overall levelness of the equipment, focusing on whether the height difference at the four corners is ≤2mm. Inspect all connection points (including bolts, welds, rubber parts) for firmness, ensuring the exposed thread length of anchor bolts is ≥3 threads. During the shaking test, the equipment should return to a stationary state within 3 seconds after applying a vertical force. If possible, regularly observe the equipment's stability within 24 hours after installation, especially paying attention to whether soil ground settlement causes bolt loosening; if necessary, retighten or adjust the bracket height.
