Inside Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile toilets are typically composed of core components such as fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. They can be classified in various ways, covering three major dimensions: structural form, mobility method, and sewage treatment technology.

In terms of structural form, mobile toilets are divided into two categories: single-unit structures and composite structures. Single-unit mobile toilets are mostly independent units, suitable for scenarios with limited space or temporary use, such as outdoor events and construction sites. Composite structures, on the other hand, are composed of multiple functional modules and can be expanded into composite spaces with multiple toilet stalls and management rooms, commonly found in large-scale events or long-term use venues.

Based on mobility method, mobile toilets can be classified as hoisting and handling types and powered towing types. Hoisting and handling types rely on lifting equipment for overall hoisting and are suitable for scenarios that require frequent relocation. Powered towing types are equipped with power systems or towing devices and can achieve autonomous movement through vehicle traction, offering higher flexibility and often used in emergency rescue or巡回(此处英文用“round-the-clock service”不太准确,改为“itinerant services”更合适) itinerant services.

Sewage treatment method is the core technical classification of mobile toilets, directly affecting their environmental performance and operating costs. Water-flush and non-water-flush suction-type mobile toilets use high-pressure water flushing or vacuum suction technology to treat feces and require regular cleaning of the storage tanks. Recirculating water-flush types employ biodegradation or physical filtration technology to achieve water resource recycling and reduce water consumption. Dry-packing mobile toilets use biodegradable packaging bags to collect feces, eliminating the need for water sources and sewage pipelines, and are suitable for areas with water shortages or no sewage disposal conditions, such as deserts and plateaus.

In addition, mobile toilets also exhibit diverse characteristics in terms of materials and uses. Steel, color-coated steel, and metal materials offer high strength and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for long-term outdoor use. Plastic materials, on the other hand, are lightweight and easy to clean, often used in temporary venues. In terms of brands, companies such as Baitai, Mengyang, and Shiteng offer a range of products including mobile toilets, container toilets, and eco-friendly toilets to meet the personalized needs of different scenarios. For example, the small gray mobile toilet adopts sheet metal spraying and thickened square steel welding processes, equipped with steel double doors, and has an outdoor service life of over 15 years, combining durability and aesthetics.
