Mobile Toilet Indoor Installation Guide

Quản trị 06 tháng 10, 2026

Here is the mobile toilet indoor installation guide:

I. Planning and Preparation Before Installation

  1. Determine the Type and Specifications
    Select the appropriate type of indoor mobile toilet based on the usage scenario, such as dry composting toilets (suitable for low-frequency use, requiring regular compost cleaning), packing toilets (handling waste through replaceable plastic bags, with simple maintenance), or micro biological treatment toilets (using microorganisms to decompose waste, suitable for high-frequency use). Consider factors such as usage frequency, disposal convenience, budget, and space size. For example, small apartments are recommended to choose micro biological treatment toilets to save space.

  2. Location Considerations
    Choose a well-ventilated and private location, avoiding sensitive areas such as bedrooms or living rooms. Ensure the ground is sturdy and level to prevent the toilet from tilting or being damaged. If choosing a dry composting toilet or a model requiring ventilation, reserve space for ventilation ducts or exhaust fan installation.

  3. Space and Dimension Measurement
    Accurately measure the net space (length, width, height) of the placement location and reserve operating space according to the product dimensions. For example, micro biological treatment toilets require at least 0.5 meters of side space for maintenance, while packing toilets need sufficient height at the top for replacing plastic bags.

  4. Preparation of Supporting Facilities
    Prepare supporting items according to the toilet type: dry composting toilets require covering materials (such as wood shavings or coconut coir) to reduce odors; models requiring power supply need to have power outlets installed in advance; if ventilation is required, prepare exhaust fans and ventilation ducts; also, prepare cleaning tools (such as brushes and disinfectants) and spare parts (such as screws and sealing rings).

II. Installation Implementation Steps

  1. Unpacking Inspection and Verification
    After opening the package, check each component against the instruction manual list to ensure there is no transportation damage (such as cracks or deformations) or missing parts. Pay special attention to inspecting vulnerable parts (such as toilet seats and sealing gaskets) and key connectors (such as screws and bolts).

  2. Assembly of the Main Frame
    Assemble each part according to the instructions in the manual:

    • Fix the toilet base to the ground and adjust it to a level state using a leveler;
    • Connect the toilet body (or treatment chamber) to the base, ensuring the sealing ring is properly installed to prevent leakage;
    • Install the upper toilet seat and lid, tighten all screws, and check if moving parts (such as the flip cover) are flexible;
    • If connecting an exhaust fan or power supply, complete the wiring according to the circuit diagram and test the ventilation effect.
  3. Functional Testing and Debugging
    After assembly, conduct functional tests:

    • For flush toilets, check if the water flow is smooth and the drainage is unobstructed;
    • For dry composting toilets, confirm that the covering material dispensing port opens normally;
    • For biological treatment toilets, start the microbial decomposition system and observe its operating status;
    • Test the exhaust effect of the exhaust fan or ventilation duct to ensure no odors linger.
  4. Cleaning and Finalization
    Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces of the toilet with disinfectant and clean up installation residues. Post maintenance instructions (such as the cycle for replacing plastic bags and methods for adding covering materials) in a conspicuous location for future use.
