Mobile Toilet Home Installation
The following process can be referred to for the home installation of mobile toilets:

Step 1: Unbox and Inspect
Upon receiving the mobile toilet package, unbox it immediately and check the parts list to ensure all components are complete and undamaged. Pay special attention to key parts such as silicone anti-slip mats, upper and lower toilet bodies, toilet flanges, angle valves, water inlet hoses, spray head assemblies, and sealing gaskets. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacements to avoid interruptions during subsequent installation.
Step 2: Install Anti-Slip Mats and Toilet Body
Insert the silicone anti-slip mats into the recesses at the four corners of the bottom, ensuring a tight fit between the mats and the toilet body to enhance stability during use. Then, align the buckle positions of the upper and lower toilet bodies and press down evenly with both hands until a clicking sound confirms that the buckles are fully locked. Pay attention to the orientation of the toilet body in this step to avoid difficulties in subsequent connections due to misalignment.
Step 3: Secure the Toilet Flange
Place the toilet flange above the drain opening, adjust the center of the flange to align with the center of the drain, and ensure that the edge of the flange is flush with the ground. Slowly lower the toilet body, allowing the flange to fit tightly against the drain, avoiding tilting or misalignment. The quality of flange installation directly affects the sealing performance, so repeatedly confirm the correct position before proceeding to the next step.
Step 4: Connect the Water System
- Install the Angle Valve: Screw the angle valve into the water inlet reserved on the wall, and tighten it moderately with a wrench to avoid damaging the threads due to excessive force.
- Assemble the Tee and Hose: Connect a tee to the outlet end of the angle valve, with one end connected to the water inlet hose of the toilet and the other end reserved for the spray head interface. Install sealing gaskets at both ends of the hose and tighten them to prevent leaks.
- Install the Spray Head: Connect the spray head assembly to the other end of the tee, ensure the sealing gasket is in place, and tighten it. Finally, insert the spray head bracket into the fixing slot at the top of the tee to ensure that the spray head angle can be adjusted freely.
Step 5: Test Water and Seal with Glue
Open the water inlet valve and observe whether the toilet and spray head are leaking, paying special attention to the flange connection, hose interfaces, and spray head bracket. If any leaks are found, immediately close the water source and retighten the corresponding components. After confirming no leaks, apply waterproof silicone glue along the edge where the toilet bottom contacts the ground to form a sealing layer and prevent odor from escaping. The glue application should be even and continuous, and the toilet can only be used normally after the glue has fully cured.
Precautions:
- Ensure the ground is level before installation to avoid toilet wobbling due to unevenness.
- Close the main water valve when connecting the water system to prevent splashing during operation.
- The curing time for silicone glue is usually 24 hours, during which the toilet should not be moved or used.
