Mobile Toilet Frame Welding

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The frames of mobile toilets generally adopt welding technology, which ensures the stability and durability of the frame structure.

Firstly, from the perspective of main body design, the main body of the connected-room mobile toilet is designed as a steel structure frame welded together. Steel structures have high strength and stability. By using welding technology to firmly connect various components, a well-integrated structural system can be formed, effectively withstanding various loads during the use of mobile toilets, such as loads generated by personnel activities and wind loads.

Secondly, mobile public toilets in the new Chinese style also adopt steel structure frame welding and can be used outdoors for more than 15 years. This fully demonstrates the reliability and durability of welding technology in the manufacturing of mobile toilet frames. In outdoor environments, mobile toilets are exposed to various harsh weather conditions, such as heavy rain, strong winds, and intense sunlight. The welded steel structure frame can resist the erosion of these natural factors, maintaining the integrity and stability of the structure, thereby extending the service life of mobile toilets.

Furthermore, mobile toilets are generally composed of a frame structure welded from steel materials. The bottom usually adopts channel steel or I-beam welding, and the columns use square steel. Channel steel and I-beams have good bending resistance and can withstand the weight and loads at the bottom of mobile toilets, ensuring that they do not deform or get damaged during use. Square steel, with its high strength and rigidity, provides stable support for the entire frame as columns, ensuring the overall stability of mobile toilets.

Finally, the overall frame of flat-roof mobile public toilets is entirely welded from galvanized square steel, making it sturdy and durable. After galvanization treatment, a layer of zinc protective coating is formed on the surface of galvanized square steel, effectively preventing steel from rusting and corrosion, and improving the durability of the frame. At the same time, the welding technology ensures tight connections between various galvanized square steels, further enhancing the overall strength and stability of the frame.
