Mobile Toilet Foundation Design Drawing

Quản trị 28 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile toilets generally do not have a standardized and unified foundation design drawing. The foundation treatment method needs to be flexibly designed according to the toilet type, usage scenario, and geological conditions. Common methods can be divided into two categories: simple and sturdy.

Simple Foundation Treatment

Suitable for light-duty mobile toilets or short-term usage scenarios, such as temporary events and construction sites. These toilets are relatively light in weight and have lower requirements for foundation bearing capacity. They usually adopt the method of ground leveling + moisture-proof treatment. The specific steps are as follows: First, clear away debris on the ground to ensure it is level and free of potholes; second, lay moisture-proof materials, such as plastic film or moisture-proof mats, to prevent ground moisture from permeating and affecting the toilet's service life; finally, place the mobile toilet directly on the treated ground and adjust the support feet or pads at the bottom of the toilet to ensure it is level and stable. This foundation treatment method is simple in construction and low in cost, but regular inspections of the toilet's stability are required to prevent tilting due to ground settlement or external forces.

Sturdy Foundation Treatment

Suitable for heavy-duty mobile toilets or long-term usage scenarios, such as scenic spots and parks. These toilets are relatively heavy and have higher requirements for foundation bearing capacity. They need to adopt the method of concrete foundation + embedded parts. The specific steps are as follows: First, design the size and thickness of the concrete foundation according to the toilet's size and weight. Generally, the foundation thickness should be no less than 20 centimeters, and the width should be slightly larger than the bottom size of the toilet; second, embed fixing parts, such as bolts or steel plates, on the foundation to fix the bottom structure of the toilet; finally, pour concrete and cure it until the strength meets the standard, then install the mobile toilet on the foundation and fix it by bolting or welding. This foundation treatment method has strong stability and can effectively resist external forces, but the construction cost is relatively high and requires professional operation.

Regardless of which foundation treatment method is adopted, it is necessary to ensure that the ground drainage is smooth to prevent water accumulation from damaging the toilet. At the same time, the geological conditions should be evaluated before installation. If the foundation is soft soil, reinforcement measures such as sand and gravel replacement or piling should be taken to improve the foundation bearing capacity.
