Folding Methods for Mobile Toilets
The folding methods for mobile toilets vary depending on the type. Here are the common types and their folding methods:

Outdoor Simple Toilets
Outdoor simple toilets are typically used in scenarios such as wild camping and emergency rescue. The process of folding and setting them up is relatively simple, but materials such as a C-shaped toilet seat, a tent or large nylon cloth, four load-bearing pipes or sticks, and garbage bags need to be prepared in advance. The specific steps are as follows:
- Assemble the Support Structure: Evenly insert the four load-bearing pipes or sticks into the pre-drilled holes of the C-shaped toilet seat to form a stable four-legged support frame. If using sticks, ensure they are of the same length and that their diameters match the hole diameters of the seat to prevent looseness.
- Secure the Garbage Bag: Place a large garbage bag inside the C-shaped toilet seat, fold the bag's opening outward and secure it to the edge of the seat to prevent leakage of waste. Choose a thick and tear-resistant garbage bag to adapt to the outdoor environment.
- Set Up the Shelter:
- Use Inside a Tent: If setting up inside a tent, simply place the assembled seat in a corner of the tent without additional shelter.
- Use Outdoors: Insert an umbrella into the center of the seat as a support column and cover the umbrella with the nylon cloth to form a simple canopy. If the wind is strong, use stones or heavy objects to press down on the edges of the nylon cloth and the tent bottom to prevent them from being blown over.
- Fold and Store: After use, first remove and seal the garbage bag, then pull out the load-bearing pipes or sticks. Fold or roll up the C-shaped toilet seat, nylon cloth, and other components and place them in a dedicated storage bag for easy carrying.
Bathroom Foldable Shower Enclosures
These types of mobile toilets are mostly used for optimizing space in home bathrooms or for temporary renovations. Their core design features a foldable partition, making operation more convenient. The specific steps are as follows:
- Unfold for Use: When taking a shower, pull the two partitions to the sides to a fixed position, usually locked by magnetic or snap-fit structures, forming an enclosed shower space.
- Fold for Storage: After showering, gently push the partitions towards the wall until they are fully flush with the wall. Some models are equipped with damping hinges, allowing for slow and silent folding to prevent collision damage. After folding, they take up very little space, making them suitable for small bathrooms.
Precautions: For outdoor simple toilets, regularly replace the garbage bags and clean the surrounding environment to prevent the growth of bacteria. For foldable shower enclosures, keep the tracks clean to prevent dust or debris from affecting the smoothness of folding.
