Mobile Toilet Folding Method Tutorial

Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

The folding methods for mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two types: simple outdoor toilets and outdoor mobile folding toilets. The specific folding steps are as follows:

Folding Method for Simple Outdoor Toilets

Simple outdoor toilets typically consist of a C-shaped seat ring, support structures (such as mineral water bottles, pipes, or wooden sticks), garbage bags, and coverings (tents or nylon cloth). When folding, follow these steps:

  1. Handle Excrement-Related Components: First, remove the garbage bag from the C-shaped seat ring, seal it, and dispose of it properly according to environmental protection requirements to avoid polluting the environment.
  2. Disassemble Support Structures: Remove the mineral water bottles, pipes, or wooden sticks used as support legs one by one from the four support points of the C-shaped seat ring to ensure all components are separated.
  3. Fold the C-Shaped Seat Ring: The C-shaped seat ring itself is often designed to be compressible or foldable. Reduce its volume by pressing or bending it for easy storage.
  4. Organize Coverings: If a tent or nylon cloth is used as a covering, first remove it from the support structure (such as an umbrella or bracket), then fold it neatly along the original creases or instructions to avoid wrinkles affecting subsequent use. If there is strong wind, check whether the nylon cloth or tent is fixed with stones at the bottom before folding to ensure safety before storage.

Folding Method for Outdoor Mobile Folding Toilets

This type of toilet consists of support structures (lightweight metal or plastic brackets), storage bags, and curing agents/absorbent materials. When folding, more attention should be paid to cleaning and component protection:

  1. Handle Waste: After use, seal the storage bag and dispose of it according to local regulations (e.g., biodegradable materials must meet decomposition conditions, and plastic bags should be thrown into trash bins) to avoid indiscriminate disposal.
  2. Clean Support Structures: If the support structure is washable (such as plastic brackets), rinse it with clean water and dry it thoroughly to prevent mold or rusting of metal components. If it is a non-washable material, wipe off stains with a dry cloth.
  3. Check Consumables: Regularly check the expiration dates of storage bags and curing agents. Replace expired or damaged components in a timely manner to ensure safe use next time.
  4. Fold Support Structures: Fold the dried support structures according to the design. Lightweight metal brackets can usually be retracted to a flat state, while plastic brackets need to be folded at the buckles or joints to reduce space occupation.

Precautions: Before folding, ensure that all components are dry and free of stains to avoid metal rusting or plastic aging caused by moisture. If storing for a long time, it is recommended to pack the components in waterproof bags to extend their service life.
