Mobile Toilet Flushing System

Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

There are various types and technical solutions for mobile toilet flushing systems, mainly including intelligent induction control, water-saving classified flushing, integrated environmental protection technologies, and customized design directions.

Intelligent Induction Control Technology

Some intelligent public toilet systems use STM32 microcontrollers as the core controllers and infrared obstacle avoidance sensors to detect human presence, enabling automated flushing. For example, the system can be set to two modes: flushing immediately after someone uses the toilet or timed flushing after 2 minutes in an unoccupied state, thus avoiding water waste. This type of technology is widely applied in mobile toilets for sports events, outdoor activities, and other scenarios. Combined with negative pressure exhaust systems and UV photocatalytic deodorization functions, it enhances the user experience.

Water-Saving Classified Flushing Technology

The "Smart Micro-Water Flush" public toilets piloted in Beijing's Sub-Center employ intelligent induction classified flushing technology. Sensors identify the type of toilet use (urination/defecation) and automatically adjust the flushing volume: only 0.5 liters for urination and 1.5 liters for defecation, saving over 60% of water compared to traditional public toilets. Its "wrap-around" flushing design ensures broader water coverage, and it is paired with efficient bacterial agents to decompose odors and prevent freezing in winter, balancing hygiene and environmental protection.

Integrated Environmental Protection Technology Solutions

Environmentally friendly mobile toilets encompass three major technological routes:

  1. Waterless Flush Type: Processes excreta through biodegradation or physical blocking, requiring no water source, suitable for water-scarce areas;
  2. Foam Sealing Type: Uses foaming agents to cover the surface of excreta, isolating odors and reducing flushing needs;
  3. Water Flush Type: Requires connection to water supply and drainage pipes but achieves water conservation through rainwater collection and filtration systems and hand-washing water secondary flushing technologies. For example, some products filter hand-washing wastewater for toilet flushing, reducing freshwater consumption.

Customized and Multi-Functional Design

Intelligent flushing systems on the market support customization according to needs. For example, mobile outdoor waterless toilets can be produced according to customer drawings and feature thermal insulation; Greens mobile toilets integrate vacuum collection systems and intelligent management platforms, with water-flush designs combined with waterproof structures, suitable for high-humidity environments. Additionally, some products are equipped with mobile wheels, windproof and rainproof shells, etc., meeting the rapid deployment needs of temporary events or emergency scenarios.

In summary, mobile toilet flushing systems significantly improve resource utilization efficiency and adaptability while ensuring hygiene functions through intelligent control, water-saving optimization, integrated environmental protection technologies, and customized design.
