Mobile Toilet Flushing Device

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The mobile toilet flushing device features multiple innovative designs such as modular integration, foam sealing, and mechanical automatic flushing, combining water conservation, environmental protection, and convenience.

Modular Integrated Flushing System

Some mobile toilets adopt a modular structural design, integrating the main frame, water storage tank, flushing system, and ventilation equipment into a single unit. The flushing can be triggered by foot pedals or sensors, with a single flush volume strictly controlled within the range of 1-2 liters, saving over 70% of water compared to ordinary toilets. This design reduces space occupation by optimizing the structural layout while facilitating transportation and installation, making it particularly suitable for temporary events, post-disaster reconstruction, and other scenarios. The water storage tank is typically made of high-strength plastic or lightweight metal materials, ensuring durability while reducing overall weight.

304 Stainless Steel Foam Squatting Pan

This device uses 1.2mm thickened 304 stainless steel as the base material, paired with foam sealing technology to form its core innovation. Its structure includes a thickened stainless steel body, foam generator, liquid storage tank, and sensor switch:

  • Foam Sealing Technology: A high-density foam is injected into the pan through the foam generator, covering the surface of the waste to form a sealed layer, effectively blocking odor diffusion and reducing flush volume.
  • Sensor Switch: Utilizing infrared or microwave sensing technology, it automatically detects the user's status and triggers the flushing process, avoiding the inconvenience and hygiene risks of manual operation.
  • Material Advantages: 304 stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, suitable for high-frequency use scenarios and extending the service life of the equipment.

Mechanical Structure Automatic Flushing Device

This type of device achieves automatic flushing through purely mechanical principles without the need for electric power. Its core components include a toilet seat plate, support rod, spring, lever, pulley, rack, and float system:

  • Pressure Transmission Mechanism: When the user sits down, the seat plate compresses the spring through the support rod, and the lever and pulley group transmit the pressure to the float system, triggering a change in water level.
  • Water Level Sensing and Flush Triggering: The float moves up or down with the water level, opening or closing the flush switch through the lever mechanism to achieve automatic flushing.
  • Transmission Optimization and Reset: The rack and pinion system adjusts the direction of force to ensure smooth flushing action; the spring provides cushioning and reset functions, simplifying maintenance procedures.
This design is suitable for areas without power supply or with unstable power supply, such as wilderness camping and remote area toilets, featuring easy disassembly and assembly and low maintenance costs.
