Mobile Toilet Floor Tile Cleaning Methods
Cleaning mobile toilet floor tiles requires selecting targeted methods based on the type of stain. The specific operations are as follows:

I. Daily Cleaning
Perform basic maintenance on the floor tiles every day, focusing on removing dust and scattered debris. It is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner or a dry mop for initial cleaning to prevent the cleaning tools from coming into contact with the toilet seat to avoid cross-contamination. Then, use a diluted neutral cleaner (such as 84 disinfectant diluted at a ratio of 1:50) along with clean water to mop the floor, paying special attention to areas prone to dirt accumulation such as corners and around floor drains. After cleaning, rinse off any residual cleaner with clean water to prevent long-term adhesion of chemicals, which can cause the floor tile surface to become sticky or discolored.
II. Targeted Stain Removal
- Organic Stains: Stains containing proteins such as urine stains and soap scum require a cleaning solution made by mixing hydrogen peroxide and dishwashing detergent in a 1:1 ratio. Dip a soft cloth into the solution and wipe along the texture of the floor tiles. Let it sit for 3 minutes and then rinse with clean water. If these stains are not treated promptly, they can penetrate into the micro-pores of the floor tiles and form stubborn yellow spots.
- Metal Scratches: For superficial scratches, use toothpaste containing abrasives along with an ultra-fine fiber soft cloth to polish in a circular motion, controlling the force to avoid damaging the glaze. For deep scratches, it is recommended to use a professional floor tile repair paste for filling.
- Pigment Deposition: Stains from hair dyes, fruit juices, and other pigmented substances should be immediately covered with an alcohol wipe for 5 minutes to use the solvent to decompose the organic pigments. If there are residual color spots, a 2% oxalic acid solution (wear rubber gloves) can be applied by dabbing, but the amount should be strictly controlled to prevent corrosion of the glaze.
III. Special Removal of Water Scale
Floor tiles in the shower area are prone to forming calcified water scale due to hard water deposition. An acidic cleaning solution is required: Mix white vinegar with clean water in a ratio of 1:3, heat it to 50°C, pour it into a spray bottle, and evenly spray it on the surface of the water scale. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then wipe with a nano sponge. For stubborn water scale with a thickness of more than 2mm, a saturated solution made of citric acid powder can be used to soak the stain for 30 minutes. Then, use a plastic scraper to gently scrape along the joint direction of the floor tiles. The use of metal tools such as steel wool is strictly prohibited to prevent scratching the glaze.
IV. Deep Cleaning of Gaps
The areas around floor drains and the joints between walls and floors need to be specially treated every week: Dissolve oxygen-based cleaning particles in hot water at 60°C in a ratio of 1:20, dip an old toothbrush into the solution, and scrub the gaps, focusing on removing blockages such as hair and skin flakes. For mildew spots, apply 84 disinfectant solution directly and cover with plastic wrap for 2 hours to kill the mildew, and then rinse with clean water. After cleaning, it is recommended to use the cold air setting of a hair dryer to dry the gaps to prevent the growth of bacteria in a humid environment.
