The 'Boundless Toilet' project is located at the intersection of Beihuan Avenue and Yiyuan Road. Its overall floor plan includes multiple functional areas, which are detailed below:
Gender-Neutral Stalls: The project has three gender-neutral stalls. The design of gender-neutral stalls breaks the traditional gender-based division in toilets, improving toilet usage efficiency, especially in places with high foot traffic and uneven gender ratios, effectively reducing queuing. This design also reflects equal treatment of the restroom needs of different genders, providing users with a more convenient and inclusive restroom environment.
Accessible Restrooms: Specifically designed for people with disabilities, the elderly, and others with mobility issues. The interior space of accessible restrooms is relatively spacious and equipped with barrier-free facilities such as handrails, low-level sinks, and emergency call devices. Handrails help users maintain balance when standing up or sitting down; low-level sinks are convenient for wheelchair users; and emergency call devices can send distress signals promptly in case of emergencies, ensuring their safety.
Outdoor Restrooms for Toddlers: Considering the special needs of toddlers for restroom use, outdoor restrooms for toddlers have been set up. Their design usually better suits the height and usage habits of toddlers, such as having lower and smaller toilets. At the same time, the surrounding environment design of the restrooms also focuses on safety and fun, providing toddlers with a comfortable and safe restroom space.
Administrator's Room: Used for storing cleaning tools, management equipment, and providing a place for administrators to rest and work. Administrators can supervise and manage the hygiene of the toilets here, promptly replenish hygiene supplies, handle emergencies, etc., ensuring the normal operation and good hygiene of the toilets.
