Mobile Toilet Floor Construction
Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026
The construction of mobile toilet floors requires selecting a plan based on the scenario. Common construction key points are as follows:

I. Construction Plan for Mobile Bathroom Floors
Material Selection
- Surface Material: Use anti-slip ceramic tiles (size 600×600mm), which must meet an anti-slip coefficient of ≥0.6 (wet state), water absorption rate of ≤0.5%, and Mohs hardness of ≥6. Full-body antique tiles or wood-grain tiles are recommended, with a texture depth of 0.8-1.2mm.
- Substrate Structure: The load-bearing substrate is a 3mm-thick aluminum alloy honeycomb composite panel (density ≥0.8g/cm³, compressive strength ≥15MPa). The support frame is made of 6061-T6 aluminum profiles (cross-section 40×20mm, wall thickness 1.5mm), and the adjustable feet are M10 stainless steel supports (adjustment range 30-80mm, load-bearing capacity ≥300kg each).
- Waterproofing System: The substrate waterproofing uses a two-component polyurethane coating (dry film thickness ≥1.5mm, tensile strength ≥2.4MPa). Joint sealing is done with butyl rubber tape (width 50mm, peel strength ≥8N/cm). The drainage component is a 304 stainless steel linear drainage channel (width 50mm, slope 5‰).
Construction Preparation
- Technical Preparation: Draw a layout plan, specifying panel divisions (≤1.8m×1.2m), drainage channel positioning (≥150mm from walls, 45° mitered corners at turns), and pipeline routing (avoiding support feet by ≥100mm). Measure the foundation flatness (2m straightedge error ≤5mm), temperature and humidity (5-35℃, humidity ≤75%), and load-bearing capacity (≥2.5kN/m²).
- On-site Preparation: Clear ground protrusions (>3mm must be ground down), snap positioning axes (deviation ±2mm), and install a temporary drainage system. Soak tiles for 24 hours and air-dry them. Anodize the aluminum alloy substrate (film thickness ≥10μm) and age the waterproof coating for 15 minutes (stirring speed 600r/min).
Core Process
- Substrate Treatment: Use self-leveling cement for leveling (thickness 5-10mm, flatness error ≤3mm/2m), and cure for ≥48 hours.
- Waterproofing Construction: Apply the polyurethane coating in three coats (primer 0.4kg/m², intermediate coat 0.6kg/m² + fiberglass cloth, topcoat 0.5kg/m²). After drying, conduct a 48-hour water immersion test.
II. Installation Guidelines for Mobile Toilets at the Sanmenxia Construction Site
- Foundation Construction: Pour a 15cm-thick concrete cushion, reserving a drainage slope of ≥2%. Harden the ground with anti-slip tiles.
- Installation Steps: Hoist the cabinet and check its levelness (error ≤3mm), and secure adjacent units. Install sinks, flushing systems, and lighting fixtures, connect to a Φ20mm galvanized pipe water source, and test drainage smoothness.
III. General Construction Key Points for Mobile Restrooms
- Clear the ground at the construction site to ensure it is free of debris.
- Erect a sturdy support frame (made of wood or metal materials) and adjust its height according to the design.
- Lay anti-slip, easy-to-clean floor materials (such as anti-slip tiles or PVC flooring), paying attention to joint sealing treatment.
