Mobile Toilet Flat-Bottom Tray

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The mobile toilet flat-bottom tray is a load-bearing structure specifically designed for mobile sanitation facilities, featuring high strength, safety, stability, and integrated functionality. It is widely used in scenarios such as mobile toilets and shower rooms.

I. Structural Features

  1. Frame and Load-Bearing Surface
The frame is welded using high-strength materials (such as 10# national standard manganese alloy channel steel or Q235 steel) to ensure overall structural stability. The load-bearing surface is covered with a 4mm thick anti-slip patterned plate, which enhances friction to prevent slipping and improves durability.
  2. Braking System
Equipped with both service brakes and parking brakes (such as impact brakes), ensuring vehicle stability during driving and parking, and preventing safety hazards caused by improper movement or parking.
  3. Suspension and Tires
The suspension system can be selected between leaf springs or air suspension to adapt to different road conditions. The tires are four 600-9 solid tires, which are wear-resistant and less prone to punctures, reducing maintenance costs.
  4. Traction System
Equipped with a 5T 180-degree turnable traction frame that can turn in place, facilitating connection with towing vehicles. At the same time, buffer design reduces vibrations during driving, enhancing transportation stability.

II. Configuration and Parameters

  1. Basic Parameters
The load-bearing capacity reaches 5 tons, with a load-bearing surface size of 5.85 meters in length and 1.78 meters in width, and a ground clearance of approximately 0.6 meters, suitable for various mobile sanitation facilities. The material is primarily Q235 steel, balancing strength and cost.
  2. Safety and Warning Design
Warning stripes are painted on both sides of the vehicle body, and a three-color tail light is installed at the rear to enhance safety in low-light or nighttime environments. The driving speed is limited to 15KM/H to ensure controllability during transportation.
  3. Sanitation Facility Integration
Standard equipment includes stainless steel toilet collectors, handrails, aluminum alloy ladders, and anti-slip steps to meet sanitation and safety requirements. The toilet collection box is supported by a U-shaped frame welded from angle steel (50503mm), spaced 1 meter apart to ensure structural stability.

III. Application Scenarios

The mobile toilet flat-bottom tray is specifically designed for temporary sanitation facilities and is suitable for scenarios such as mobile restrooms, mobile toilets, mobile sanitation rooms, and mobile shower rooms. Its modular structure facilitates rapid deployment and disassembly, meeting the needs for temporary sanitation facilities at large events, construction sites, disaster areas, etc. Additionally, its use of high-strength materials and safety configurations ensures stability and durability during use.
