Mobile Toilet Feces Crusher

Quản trị 16 tháng 10, 2026

There are mainly two types of feces crushers that can be used in mobile toilets: diesel-powered mobile units and all-in-one electric crushing toilets. They handle feces through different mechanisms and are suitable for mobile toilet scenarios.

Although the mobile diesel soil crusher was originally designed for processing agricultural waste such as cow and sheep manure, its core function—using a diesel engine to drive crushing components to break feces into fine particles—can be adapted for mobile toilet scenarios. This equipment is typically equipped with high-strength crushing blades or hammers that can decompose solid matter in feces in a short time, reducing the difficulty of subsequent processing. Its advantages lie in its powerful performance and strong adaptability, enabling it to handle feces with high moisture and fiber content. Moreover, its mobile design facilitates transportation between different toilet locations. However, it should be noted that diesel power may generate noise and exhaust emissions, so it should be used in well-ventilated outdoor environments, and regular maintenance of the engine and crushing components is required.

The all-in-one electric crushing toilet, on the other hand, is specifically designed for small mobile toilets, with a working principle that better meets hygiene requirements. This equipment integrates crushing and conveying functions: when waste enters the machine, 304 stainless steel cutters (highly corrosion-resistant) first crush the excreta through high-speed rotation, breaking solid matter into millimeter-sized particles. Subsequently, the built-in motor pumps the crushed waste to a feces storage tank or external treatment pipeline through a pressurization system. Its core advantages include fully electric operation and quiet running, and the 304 stainless steel cutters can prevent fecal corrosion, extending the equipment's lifespan. Additionally, some models are equipped with an automatic flushing function that uses a small amount of water to flush the cutters and pipelines, preventing blockages and odor residues, making them more suitable for mobile toilet scenarios with high hygiene requirements.

Both types of equipment solve the problem of feces disposal in mobile toilets through crushing technology, but they have slightly different applicable scenarios: diesel-powered models are more suitable for outdoor, large-scale feces disposal scenarios, while electric crushing toilets are more suitable for small, frequently used mobile toilets, such as temporary toilets in scenic spots and event venues. When choosing, it is necessary to comprehensively consider power requirements, environmental conditions, and maintenance costs.
