Mobile Toilet Feces Automatic Packaging

Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

Mobile toilet feces automatic packaging typically employs intelligent automatic packaging technology, using degradable films or collection bags to seal and package feces and urine from each toilet use without the need for water flushing.

Technical Principle
The core of this technology lies in driving mechanical structures through an intelligent control system, automatically triggering the packaging process after the user completes excretion. Taking the automatic packaging toilet installed in the Datong V100 as an example, it has built-in rolls of degradable film. After feces fall in, the system uses heat-sealing or mechanical crimping technology to seal and wrap the feces with the degradable film, forming an independently sealed packaging unit. Similarly, automatic packaging commode chairs use intelligent sensors to detect excretion actions. After triggering a one-touch operation, a motor drives a bag-feeding mechanism to push the collection bag downward and cut it, achieving complete isolation of feces from the outside environment. Automatic packaging feces collectors in mining or refuge chamber scenarios adopt a double-layer sealing design, with an outer layer being a high-strength explosion-proof container and an inner layer being a replaceable degradable bag. Air pressure or mechanical sealing ensures that odors and bacteria do not escape.

Application Scenarios

  1. Mobile Scenarios: In scenarios such as RVs and outdoor camping, automatic packaging toilets reduce water consumption through the use of degradable films. Packaged feces can be carried with the vehicle to designated disposal points, avoiding environmental pollution.
  2. Medical Care: Automatic packaging commode chairs are suitable for home care for the disabled or hospital wards. The one-touch operation reduces the difficulty of care, and the sealed packaging reduces the risk of cross-infection.
  3. Special Environments: In mining operations or refuge chambers, feces collectors isolate harmful gases through sealed designs. Degradable bags can temporarily store feces, buying time for rescue efforts.

Advantages and Features

  • Environmental Friendliness: Degradable films are mostly made of biodegradable materials, reducing plastic pollution.
  • Convenience: No need to connect to water supply and drainage pipes, with flexible installation suitable for waterless environments.
  • Hygiene: Sealed packaging blocks the spread of odors and pathogens, enhancing the user experience.
  • Economy: Long-term use costs are lower than those of traditional flush toilets, especially suitable for areas with scarce water resources.
