Mobile Toilet Exhaust Pipe

Quản trị 28 tháng 9, 2026

For mobile toilet exhaust pipes, you can choose a telescopic pipe made of thickened aluminum foil with spiral steel wire, or select other types of aluminum foil ventilation hoses according to your needs. When purchasing, pay attention to quality and specifications.

I. Recommended Pipe Types
The preferred option for mobile toilet exhaust pipes is a telescopic pipe made of thickened aluminum foil with spiral steel wire. Its structure has three layers of characteristics: The first layer is thickened aluminum foil, which is treated with a special process to enhance its anti-rust performance, effectively resisting corrosion in humid environments and extending its service life; The middle layer is a spiral steel wire framework, which forms a stable support structure through spiral winding, ensuring that the pipe will not collapse during vertical or horizontal installation while maintaining flexibility; The outer layer is a bendable aluminum foil layer, allowing the pipe to be flexibly adjusted according to the installation space without the need for professional tools, reducing installation difficulty.

II. Alternative Options and Market Choices
If you have special requirements for cost or performance, consider other aluminum foil ventilation hoses:

  1. Bathroom heater exhaust pipes: These usually adopt a double-layer aluminum foil and steel wire composite structure with a relatively small diameter (e.g., 100mm), suitable for mobile toilets with a small exhaust volume. Prices are mostly in the range of 20-50 yuan.
  2. Range hood exhaust pipes: Some models are designed with thickened aluminum foil and high-density steel wire, offering better heat resistance (able to withstand temperatures above 120℃), suitable for scenarios requiring the emission of hot exhaust gases. Prices range from 50-200 yuan.
  3. General-purpose aluminum foil ventilation pipes: These are mainly made of single-layer aluminum foil and sparse steel wire, with a lower cost (10-30 yuan). However, their collapse resistance is relatively weak, suitable only for short-distance, low-air-pressure temporary exhaust needs.

III. Purchase Considerations

  1. Quality identification: Prioritize products with an aluminum foil thickness of ≥0.1mm and a steel wire diameter of ≥1.2mm. You can test the resilience by pressing the pipe—high-quality pipes will quickly return to their original shape after being pressed, while low-quality pipes will easily leave dents.
  2. Specification matching: Choose the pipe diameter according to the exhaust volume of the mobile toilet (usually 100-300m³/h). Generally, it is recommended to use pipes with a diameter of 150mm or more to reduce air resistance; the length should have a margin of 10%-15% according to the installation position to avoid steel wire deformation due to stretching.
  3. Seal inspection: When purchasing, confirm whether the pipe joints are equipped with special clamps. After installation, conduct an air leakage test—close one end of the pipe and blow air with a blower at the other end, then apply soapy water at the joints to observe whether bubbles are produced.
