Environmental Protection Principles of Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The environmental protection principles of mobile toilets are mainly reflected in their technology for treating waste without traditional water flushing, achieving water conservation, zero pollution, and resource recycling through various technical means.

1. Microbial Degradation Type This technology involves setting up a degradation chamber filled with microbial carriers beneath the squatting position, utilizing aerobic fermentation to decompose organic matter. Microorganisms convert the organic matter in feces into carbon dioxide, water, and a small amount of minerals. The high temperatures generated during decomposition kill pathogens, achieving harmless treatment. This process requires no water, and the products are environmentally friendly, avoiding the water consumption and sewage discharge associated with traditional toilets.

2. Mechanical Packaging Type Special biodegradable plastic bags are used to wrap the squatting position, and a mechanical device automatically tightens and seals the waste, forming an independent package that falls into a fecal storage tank. The sealed waste packages are regularly collected and transported by specialized personnel, preventing waste exposure and odor diffusion. The biodegradability of the plastic bags reduces plastic pollution, and the entire process requires no flushing, significantly reducing water consumption.

3. Foam Sealing Type An air pump mixes air with foaming liquid to form a dense foam layer covering the surface of the squatting pan. After excretion slides into the pipe below, a single foaming event consumes only about 0.1 liters of liquid. Some devices combine "foam sealing + microfiltration" technology, where the used liquid is recycled for flushing after three-stage filtration (sedimentation, activated carbon adsorption, and ultraviolet disinfection), achieving a recycling rate of over 95% and greatly reducing water waste.

4. Vacuum Suction Type A vacuum pump creates a negative pressure environment in the pipes, instantly sucking waste into the main pipe for transport to the treatment tank. This technology requires only about half a bottle of mineral water for a single flush, achieving a water-saving rate of over 90% while preventing waste residue and odor generation, making it suitable for water-scarce or environmentally sensitive areas.

5. Chemical Agent Type Chemical agents are added to the fecal storage tank to decompose excreta and inhibit odor and bacterial growth through chemical reactions. The agents can neutralize acidic substances, oxidize organic matter, reduce waste volume, and lower treatment difficulty, making them suitable for rapid waste treatment in temporary or mobile scenarios.

In addition, mobile toilets use new materials such as recyclable steel and plastics, which are fire-resistant and rust-proof on the surface and easy to hoist as a whole, further improving installation and maintenance efficiency and resource recycling rates. These technologies collectively achieve the environmental protection goals of mobile toilets, with significant advantages of zero pollution and zero odor.
