Mobile Toilet Environment
The environmental design of mobile toilets focuses on convenience, environmental protection, and intelligence, achieving efficient, hygienic, and sustainable public sanitation services through material optimization, technological innovation, and intelligent configurations.

Materials and Structure: Durability and Functionality Combined
The main body of mobile toilets adopts a lightweight steel keel welded frame, ensuring structural stability and light weight for easy transportation and installation. The outer layer is covered with color-coated steel plates or metal embossed panels, featuring anti-corrosion, fire-resistant, and rust-proof properties, with a service life of over 20 years. The interior design emphasizes hygiene and safety: an independent pit partition system separates the channels for urine and feces, with urine draining by gravity and feces automatically cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanism, reducing manual intervention; the floor uses anti-slip materials to reduce the risk of slipping; automatic flushing toilets and ventilation and lighting systems ensure user comfort while preventing odor buildup.
Environmental Technologies: Water Conservation and Resource Recycling
Mobile toilets achieve water conservation and environmental protection goals through multiple technologies. First, the water-saving flushing system: by collecting hand-washing water and adding a special agent, the single flush volume is reduced to 0.46 liters, significantly lower than traditional toilets. Second, the recycled water flushing technology: some models are equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices for biological degradation of sewage, with the treated water recycled for flushing, forming a closed-loop system. Third, the dry-packing technology: biodegradable plastic bags are used to collect excreta, with automatic bag changing and centralized collection to avoid sewage discharge, suitable for water-scarce or ecologically sensitive areas.
Intelligent Configurations: Enhancing User Experience and Hygiene Safety
The epidemic-prevention intelligent and environmentally friendly mobile toilets used during the Winter Olympics integrate wave-sensing technology for touchless control of door opening, seat pad replacement, and flushing, reducing the risk of cross-infection. The interior is equipped with a sink, smart mirrors (displaying weather, news, etc.), and breathing lights (automatically adjusting brightness based on the environment) to enhance convenience. Additionally, some models support optional installations of heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, and background music systems to adapt to different climates and scenarios. The factory-made modular design ensures rapid deployment without on-site assembly after installation.
Application Scenarios: Flexibly Covering Public Sanitation Needs
Mobile toilets are suitable for densely populated areas such as stations, docks, tourist attractions, and large construction sites, as well as locations where fixed public toilet construction is difficult (e.g., remote areas, temporary event venues). Their movable and modular characteristics support rapid deployment and repeated use. For example, during large-scale events or disaster relief efforts, the number and layout can be flexibly adjusted based on pedestrian density, effectively弥补ing the shortage or poor layout of public toilets.
