Easy Installation of Mobile Toilet
Refer to the following steps for the easy installation of a mobile toilet, which shares some common procedures with the installation of a mobile toilet bowl:

1. Check Components Upon receiving the main body of the mobile toilet and its accessories, open the packaging immediately and check the list of components. Pay special attention to checking whether the silicone anti-slip pads, upper and lower bucket body clasps, toilet flanges, angle valves, water inlet hoses, spray head assemblies (including sealing rings), and spray head brackets are all present. If any components are found to be missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacements to avoid interruptions during installation.
2. Basic Installation
- Fixing Anti-slip Pads: Insert the silicone anti-slip pads into the recesses at the four corners of the bottom of the mobile toilet, ensuring that the pad surfaces are flat and not raised. The function of the anti-slip pads is to increase stability and prevent sliding during use.
- Bucket Assembly: Align the clasps of the upper and lower buckets, and press down evenly with both hands until the clasps are fully engaged. When pressing, keep the buckets vertical to avoid misalignment of the clasps, which could result in poor sealing.
3. Connect Components
- Flange Installation: Place the toilet flange above the drain opening, adjust the center of the flange to align with the center of the drain, and then gently lower the main body of the mobile toilet to ensure a tight fit between the flange and the drain. The flange is a key component connecting the toilet to the drainage system, and it must be installed horizontally to prevent sewage leakage.
- Water Connection:
- Install the angle valve, fix it at the water inlet, and connect the water inlet hose to the other end of the angle valve.
- Use a tee to connect the water inlet hose to the toilet spray head, ensuring that the sealing rings at both ends of the spray head are tightened to prevent leaks.
- Insert the spray head bracket into the top of the tee, ensuring that the bracket is stable and the spray head angle can be adjusted freely. When connecting the water system, check each connection one by one to avoid over-tightening and damaging the threads.
4. Testing and Finalization After completing the installation, conduct a water flow test: Open the angle valve and observe whether there are any leaks at the water inlet hose, spray head, and flange, and check whether the flushing function is normal. If the test shows no abnormalities, apply sealant along the edge where the bucket contacts the ground to further enhance the leak-proof effect; if leaks are found, recheck the tightness of the connections or replace the sealing components. After passing the test, clean up the installation site, and the mobile toilet can be put into use.
Precautions: Before installation, ensure that the ground is flat and dry to avoid affecting the effectiveness of the anti-slip pads; when connecting the water system, turn off the main water valve to prevent splashing; if the mobile toilet is an electric model, additional power connection and circuit safety testing are required.
