How Do Mobile Toilets Drain

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

There are various drainage methods for mobile toilets, with the following being the common ones:

Conventional Water-Flush Type: This is the most common sewage disposal method. It requires connection to water supply and drainage pipes, and achieves sewage disposal through manual or automatic induction. After the user finishes using the toilet, pressing the flush button or triggering the automatic induction device will cause the sewage to flow through the pipes to the septic tank or municipal sewer network. This drainage method is suitable for various water-rich environments, such as parks and squares in cities. The construction cost is relatively low, and the operation is relatively simple, similar to the drainage method of traditional fixed toilets.

Vacuum Sewage Disposal System: This system uses the principle of negative pressure for drainage. The vacuum pump is the core component. When the sewage in the public toilet reaches the preset water level, the vacuum pump automatically starts and quickly sucks the sewage and waste into the collection container. This disposal method is extremely efficient and uses very little water, effectively preventing sewage leakage and odor diffusion, and keeping the public toilet clean and hygienic. It is widely used in places with high environmental requirements and where water conservation is necessary, such as high-end scenic spots and large-scale event venues.

Water-Storage Sewage Disposal System: Waste is discharged into a water storage tank through water flushing. The water storage tank has a certain capacity and can store a certain amount of sewage. When the water storage tank is full, personnel need to be arranged for cleaning and replacement. It is suitable for places with sufficient water supply and easy cleaning, such as some construction sites, which have an adequate water supply and also have the space and manpower to clean the water storage tank.

Water-Flush and Waterless-Flush Suction Type: The flushing type has a water flushing device, and the water tank is generally placed on top of the toilet. There is a sewage tank at the bottom of the toilet. The waterless-flush toilet has no flushing device, and the sewage pool at the bottom of the toilet directly receives the user's excreta. The sewage pools of these two types of mobile toilets have a relatively small capacity. When the number of users reaches the specified number, they need to be flushed with water in a timely manner; otherwise, water leakage events may occur, and the frequency of water flushing is relatively high.

Recirculating Water Perforation Type: Equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic fecal sewage treatment devices, and added with biological strains, it uses biofilm technology to accelerate the fermentation and decomposition of fecal sewage. Then, the treated fecal sewage is recirculated back to the toilet sanitary ware through a filtration device. Using advanced treatment technology, it saves water resources, reduces sewage intake, and reflects the concept of environmental protection.

Dry Packaging Type: There is no flushing device, and feces are received by a recyclable plastic bag placed under the toilet. After each use, a new plastic bag is automatically replaced, and the plastic bags are collected and transported to a treatment plant for processing, completely eliminating the need for water flushing and saving water resources.
