Mobile Toilet Designs

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

Currently, specific designs of mobile toilets cannot be directly provided, but a popular science description of their appearance and internal layout can be given by combining common types, design points, and structural characteristics of mobile toilets to help understand their design concepts.

Mobile toilets are generally divided into two types: single-unit and connected-unit structures. Single-unit mobile toilets usually exist as independent boxes, mostly rectangular or square in appearance, with dimensions designed according to usage needs. Common specifications are 1.2-1.5 meters in length, 1-1.2 meters in width, and 2.2-2.5 meters in height. The outer shell is mostly made of metal (such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy) or high-strength plastic, with anti-corrosion treatment on the surface. The colors are mainly white, gray, or green, and some designs add decorative lines or logos. The top is usually designed as a slope or arc for easy drainage and snow prevention, and adjustable feet or wheels are installed at the bottom for easy movement and fixation.

Connected-unit mobile toilets are composed of multiple single-unit boxes and are suitable for places with a large flow of people. Their appearance is elongated, with the length increasing according to the number of units, and the width and height are similar to those of single-unit toilets. The combination methods include side-by-side connection or back-to-back connection, separated by aisles or partitions in the middle, making the overall structure more stable and with stronger wind resistance. Some connected-unit toilets are designed as double-story structures, with the upper floor as a management room or storage room and the lower floor as toilet stalls, improving space utilization.

In terms of internal layout, single-unit toilets usually include one toilet stall, a urinal (in some models), and a ventilation system. The toilet stall is equipped with a squat toilet or a sit toilet, with anti-slip tiles or waterproof panels on the walls and anti-slip floor mats or stainless steel grilles on the floor. An exhaust fan or natural ventilation opening is installed at the top to ensure air circulation. The internal layout of each unit in connected-unit toilets is similar to that of single-unit toilets, but public areas such as sinks, mirrors, and hand dryers are added. Some high-end models are also equipped with air conditioners, lighting systems, and facilities for the disabled.

The design of mobile toilets needs to take into account functionality, mobility, and environmental protection. Material selection focuses on lightweight and durability, and structural optimization aims to reduce transportation costs while meeting hygiene standards and user experience requirements.
