Mobile Toilet Design Requirements

Quản trị 01 tháng 10, 2026

Mobile toilet design requirements cover multiple aspects such as structure, functionality, space, stability, hygiene, and accessibility, as detailed below:

Structural Design and Material Selection: The main frame is constructed from metal materials (e.g., iron sheet 02 profiles) to provide structural support, with color-coated steel sheet edging on the exterior and a 5mm-thick foam material filling the interior sandwich layer for thermal insulation. The outer shell, interior walls, and floor are made of durable, weather-resistant, and eco-friendly materials such as stainless steel or fiberglass-reinforced plastic to extend service life and ensure safety.

Functional Configuration and User-Friendly Details: The standard equipment dimensions are 1100*1100mm in width and depth, with a height of 2000mm. Common dimensions range from 1.1 to 1.5 meters in length, 0.8 to 1.2 meters in width, and approximately 2.3 to 2.7 meters in height, balancing practicality and compactness to ensure comfort for users of different body types. Standard features include plastic windows for privacy and natural light, metal locks for basic security, and color-coated steel edging to prevent exposed sharp edges. The sink and mirror should conform to ergonomic design standards. Depending on needs, a shower function can be added to create a simple shower room, with waterproof sealing to prevent water leakage.

Spatial Layout: The interior space should be reasonably arranged to meet ergonomic principles while considering the needs and convenience of accessibility facilities and children's facilities.

Structural Stability: The structural design must ensure robustness and stability to meet the demands of transportation, installation, and daily use, with an internal structure that facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance.

Hygiene Conditions and Environmental Friendliness: Ensure a good ventilation system to maintain smooth air circulation and reduce odors. Adopt a dry-wet separation design concept, separating wastewater from solid waste through drainage channels and collection buckets to reduce the difficulty of later cleaning, but regular maintenance is required to prevent odor buildup.

Accessibility Requirements (for accessible mobile toilets): The location should be close to public restrooms, with an area of no less than 4.00 square meters. There should be a wheelchair turning space with a diameter of no less than 1.5 meters inside. It should be equipped with an accessible toilet, accessible sink, multifunctional table, low-positioned coat hook, and emergency call device. A horizontal sliding door or an outward-opening hinged door should be installed.
