Optimal Design for Single Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 22 tháng 10, 2026

The design of a single mobile toilet should be comprehensively optimized from five aspects: size and layout, functional configuration, material selection, environmental and sanitation management, and customization process, to enhance applicability and user experience.

1. Size and Layout: Flexible Adaptation to Site Requirements
The size of a mobile toilet should be adjusted according to the usage scenario and site conditions. For example, a single-squat toilet customized for a client in Zhengzhou measures 1.2 meters in length and width and 2.7 meters in height, featuring a galvanized square tube frame and a metal carved panel exterior wall, ensuring both structural stability and portability. The internal layout should optimize space utilization, such as laying waterproof and anti-slip floors and installing aluminum alloy glass doors, to ensure safety and convenience during use. Compact designs are suitable for construction sites or outdoor events, while larger sizes can be used in tourist attractions to enhance comfort.

2. Functional Configuration: Combining Practicality with High-End Features
Basic functions should meet the needs of flushing, ventilation, and storage. Natural convection or small fans can provide effective ventilation to reduce odors; storage space can hold toilet paper or cleaning supplies. High-end models can be equipped with additional features such as sinks, lighting systems, or eco-friendly degradation technologies, such as biological or chemical treatment of waste to reduce water consumption. Functional choices should balance cost and demand to avoid over-configuration and resource waste.

3. Material Selection: Balancing Durability and Portability
Steel is suitable for long-term use due to its corrosion resistance and strength, but it is heavy; plastic is lightweight and easy to move, but less durable; composite materials (such as metal carved panels) combine the advantages of both, ensuring structural stability and facilitating transportation and installation. Material selection should be based on usage frequency and scenario, with steel recommended for high-frequency public places and plastic or composite materials for temporary events.

4. Environmental and Sanitation Management: Reducing Pollution and Regular Maintenance
Waste treatment should employ biological degradation, chemical treatment, or physical collection techniques to avoid direct discharge and environmental pollution. For example, biological degradation uses microorganisms to break down waste into harmless substances; chemical treatment uses disinfectants to inhibit bacterial growth. In terms of sanitation management, high-frequency usage scenarios (such as tourist attractions) require daily cleaning and disinfection at least once, while low-frequency scenarios can extend the cleaning cycle, but must ensure proper functioning of the ventilation system to reduce odors.

5. Customization Process: Full-Cycle Control to Ensure Quality
From需求沟通 (needs communication) to post-maintenance, the customization process should be strictly controlled. First, clarify the usage scenario, number of users, and budget; then design a plan based on these needs, including size, functionality, and materials; supervise the quality of craftsmanship during production; ensure structural stability during transportation and installation; and provide regular inspection and cleaning services during post-maintenance to extend the service life.
