Mobile Toilet Customization Process
The mobile toilet customization process typically includes four core stages: initial communication and requirement confirmation, design and confirmation, production and process control, and installation and acceptance. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Initial Communication and Requirement Confirmation
- On-site Survey: The customizer needs to dispatch professionals to conduct an on-site inspection, focusing on evaluating the topography, soil conditions, distance to water and electricity access, and construction difficulty at the installation site. For example, foundation reinforcement may be required in mountainous areas, and landscape planning should be considered in scenic spots.
- Requirement Refinement: Clarify the usage scenario (e.g., long-term use on construction sites or temporary use at events), functional configurations (e.g., whether a third toilet, baby care station, or barrier-free facilities are needed), style design (the degree of integration of the appearance with the surrounding environment), and estimated number of users. For example, toilets in scenic spots should emphasize aesthetics, while those on construction sites should focus on durability.
2. Design and Confirmation
- Preliminary Design: Based on the survey data, the designer draws a floor plan and exterior rendering, determining the number of toilet stalls, functional partitions (e.g., men's toilet, women's toilet, management room), door and window positions, and ventilation and lighting design. For example, more ventilation openings may be needed in high-temperature areas.
- Material and Configuration Selection: Provide material recommendations (e.g., color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood) and internal sanitary ware models (e.g., water-saving toilets, sensor faucets), as well as recommendations for deodorization technologies (e.g., photocatalysts, biological filters) and exhaust system solutions.
- Design Review and Modification: Communicate repeatedly with the customizer, adjusting details until both parties sign off on the design drawings and configuration list to avoid rework later.
3. Production and Process Control
- Material Procurement and Pre-processing: Purchase qualified raw materials according to the list and perform pre-processing such as cutting, bending, and applying anti-corrosion and anti-rust coatings to ensure the materials meet environmental and durability standards.
- Modular Production: Decompose the toilet into standardized modules such as wall panels, roofs, and chassis frames, and prefabricate them in the factory to improve efficiency and reduce on-site construction errors.
- Internal Assembly and Installation: Complete module assembly in the factory, test the water and electricity systems, ventilation equipment, and structural stability to ensure quality standards are met before leaving the factory.
4. Installation and Acceptance
- On-site Measurement: The professional team measures again on-site to ensure accurate installation dimensions and avoid structural deformation due to uneven ground.
- Installation Conditions: Require a flat ground, unobstructed drainage system, and water and electricity access that meets the design requirements. For example, mobile toilets need to reserve sewage pipe connections.
- Installation Period: Usually 15-30 days, and complex projects (e.g., multi-story structures or special functions) may be extended to 45 days.
- Acceptance Criteria: Check for no damage to the appearance, normal functionality (e.g., flushing, lighting, ventilation), good sealing, and confirm after-sales service terms.
Applicable Scenarios and Precautions: Mobile toilets are suitable for construction sites, event venues, scenic spots, emergency sites, etc. They require regular cleaning and maintenance (e.g., daily disinfection), winter anti-freezing treatment (e.g., adding antifreeze), and selection of reputable manufacturers to ensure product quality and after-sales support.
