Usage of Mobile Toilet Curing Agents

Quản trị 16 tháng 10, 2026

The usage of mobile toilet curing agents varies depending on the type, mainly including floor treatment types, vehicle-mounted mobile toilet types, and folding toilet types. Here are the specific usage instructions:

Floor Treatment Mobile Toilet Curing Agents:
These curing agents are primarily used for floor hardening and repair, and the operation needs to be carried out in steps.
First, pre-treat the floor: Use tools to remove loose and flaking parts, clean oil stains and dust, and thoroughly clean the floor to ensure it is free of impurities. If there are damages on the floor, use cement floor repair materials to fill and repair them. Then, use grinding equipment to grind the floor to a flat state, providing a good foundation for the penetration of the curing agent.
Next, apply the curing agent: Evenly pour the cement curing agent onto the floor and use tools to spread it evenly, ensuring full coverage and consistent thickness.
Finally, polish the floor: After the floor has fully absorbed the curing agent material (usually requiring a certain amount of time, as specified in the product instructions), use polishing equipment to polish the floor, enhancing its smoothness and wear resistance.

Vehicle-Mounted Mobile Toilet Absorbent Curing Agents:
These curing agents are in powder form, easy to operate, and emphasize sealing.
When using, simply open the package and pour an appropriate amount of curing agent powder into the toilet. When urine comes into contact with the curing agent, it begins to solidify within 3 seconds, and feces are also quickly wrapped and solidified. The entire process is odorless and instead emits a faint fresh scent. After solidification, the sealing is good, and even when driving on bumpy roads with the lid closed, there will be no leakage. After use, simply pack the entire bag and throw it into the trash can without additional treatment.

Folding Toilet Curing Agents:
These curing agents come in independent small packages (5g each), facilitating on-demand use.
Users can pour an appropriate amount of small-package curing agents into the toilet according to actual needs. To accelerate the reaction, shake or stir to fully mix the curing agent with the excreta. Note to avoid adding the curing agent in advance to prevent premature solidification when not in use, which could cause inconvenience or waste.
