Mobile Toilet Construction on Construction Sites

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

There are various manufacturing methods for mobile toilets on construction sites, with common approaches including the water storage tank pallet type and square tube box structure type, and they need to adhere to specific design principles and structural classifications.

Water Storage Tank Pallet Type Manufacturing

Based on a water storage tank and a pallet, first, install universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom for easy mobility. After placing the water storage tank, cut its top to form an open tank body. Stack two open-top water storage tanks and fix them with self-tapping screws to increase storage or usable space. Then, cut out a doorway for personnel to enter and exit. Drill holes in the interior floor and install a drainage system to ensure smooth sewage discharge. After that, fix the toilet, install faucets and washbasins, and other facilities to meet basic usage needs. Finally, install a door and door handle to ensure privacy and convenience. This manufacturing method is relatively simple and has a low cost, suitable for construction sites with low facility requirements.

Square Tube Box Structure Type Manufacturing

The overall frame is welded using 10*10 1.5-thick square tubes, providing a sturdy structure. It is designed for separate use by men and women, with the left side being the men's restroom and the right side being the women's restroom, improving usage efficiency. It is equipped with a dedicated door for the box room to enhance security and airtightness; a ceramic washbasin is installed to improve the user experience. The entire floor is covered with anti-slip flooring to prevent personnel from slipping and ensure safety. This manufacturing method is suitable for construction sites with high requirements for sanitary conditions and user experience.

Design Principles and Structural Classifications

The design of mobile toilets should follow the principles of mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, environmental protection, ecological friendliness, environmental benefit, efficiency improvement, and humanitarian promotion. The overall structure should be lightweight and sturdy, with complete and reasonable mobile devices. According to the structural form, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets; according to the mobility method, they can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets; according to the sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Different types are suitable for different construction site environments and requirements.
