Mobile Toilet Construction

Quản trị 19 tháng 10, 2026

The construction methods for mobile toilets mainly include two types: construction using storage tanks and pallets, and installation of complete finished products without civil engineering. The specific construction points are as follows:

I. Construction Method Using Storage Tanks and Pallets

  1. Basic Structure Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom to ensure mobility; place recycled storage tanks as the core container, and use an angle grinder to cut along the top marking line to form an open tank body for easy installation of subsequent components.
  2. Tank Assembly and Opening Treatment: Stack two top-open storage tanks upside down and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to form a stable structure; cut a rectangular opening 180 cm high and 50 cm wide as the doorway to meet personnel passage requirements.
  3. Internal Facility Installation: Drill holes in the tank floor and insert elbows to connect water pipes, install and fix the toilet; use wall clips to fix water pipes and install faucets; make a sink with a stainless steel basin and fix it, connect the toilet tank inlet pipe and shower hose, and install the toilet seat and showerhead.
  4. Door Fabrication and Detail Refinement: Make a door with wooden boards and hinges, install door handles, and ensure sealing and ease of use.

II. Installation Method for Complete Finished Products Without Civil Engineering

  1. Modular Assembly: Splice and fix the columns, and complete the overall assembly through a clip structure, similar to a “building block” model, ensuring that each connection point is tightly fitted and details are well handled.
  2. Quick Deployment for Use: After assembly, no additional civil engineering is required; it can be directly deployed for use, suitable for temporary events, emergency scenarios, and other situations with high efficiency requirements.

III. Composition and Design Principles of Mobile Toilets

  1. Core Components: Include fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices.
  2. Classification Methods: Classified by structural form into single-unit and composite structures; by mobility into lifting, handling types and powered, towed types; by sewage treatment method into water flush, non-water flush suction, circulating water flush, and dry packing types.
  3. Design Principles: Must adhere to principles of mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, environmental protection, ecological friendliness, efficiency enhancement, and humanitarian promotion. Priority should be given to using lightweight and durable materials, controlling height and width, and ensuring that mobile devices are complete and reasonable.
